From the Desk of the Internal Affairs Minister...
Just a few weeks ago, the North Atlantic Defense Coalition chose to take a group of controversial members and their compatriots under its protection as a means of granting these players as much of a second chance as could be allowed. This venture has come to a conclusion. The alliance Vox Populi has elected to disband.
The NADC - Vox Populi Protectorate Agreement is hereby terminated. However, as per the terms of the agreement, all current Vox members still bearing the Vox Popluli alliance affiliation (AA) will remain under NADC Protection for forty-eight hours (48 Hours) after the time of posting.

Older than I thought: Charter ratified July 27th. GOONS is older though (by 3 days) if we count from that date.
The NADC was around for a bit before the Charter was ratified. When Azure Mantle gets on, I can get you the exact date of founding.

The announcement was created directly after BAPS'. However, it went under intensive revisions, hence the lateness of it.

Put it this way, if we went to war, who would we attack? The targets are filled, making us going to war about as meaningless as some of you claim this thread.

On a personal note Tumin;
If you want to excuse me of something as big as forgery and deceit, do it with the backing of someone LESS credible than a rogue Senator, spy, and numb-skull. Also, if you really think that you can take the NADC down, I'd of loved to have proved you wrong, but there won't be anything left of you when Sparta, TPF, Valhalla, and Molon Labe are done.

Greetings esteemed citizens of Planet Bob,
As all of you know, the North Atlantic Defense Coalition took the Armed Coalition of Disturbed Countries under its wing quite rescently. Now, I am addressing you all today on an issue of serious importance. Again, as you all know, the ACDC ran into a bit of trouble rescently with the Boards Alliance of Protectorate States regarding a "stolen guide." The original ACDC release on the matter can be found here.
The Armed Coalition immediately responded to this claim, expelling the member in question (our Team Senator, Bobery) and began to work out a figure for reperations to be sent to BAPS so that they may receive compensation for the offense. The Boards Alliance decided it would be best to charge ACDC 100 million and 1,000 tech, which we were able to push down to 83 million and 750 tech through extensive negotiations. The ACDC were given no more than 30 days to pay the amount.
However, BAPS proved undiplomatic, impatient, and uncooperative throughout the negotiations. While we eventually settled on an amount, the NADC remained curious and uneasy about their behavior. Then, we found out why. The NADC was given a set of logs, over sixty pages long, with detailed discussions between former ACDC members who were involved in the infamous coup, and the former Minister of Foreign Affairs for BAPS, Tumin. Here's just a small sample of those logs;

Sorry for the length of that, but that's not even HALF of the logs. Co-incidentally, these shocking logs show Tumin, BAPS MoFA, working on the behalf of Bobery, the one who "stole" BAPS logs in the first place. It is despicable that BAPS would seek to extort money from ACDC when they themselves are working with the perpetrator of the act they so vehemently condemned.
As a result of this revalation into the criminal activities of BAPS, and in recognition of their current state of war with Valhalla, TPF, Sparta, Elysium, and Molon Labe, I'm more than pleased to inform them that their reperations will be... indefinitely delayed.

GOVERNMENT PRESS RELEASE:
Great Citizens of Planet Bob,
I am speaking to you today, on behalf of the Triumvirate of the Armed Coalition of Disturbed Countries, regarding a rescent and rather unfortunate turn of events. Let me begin by giving you a short overview of the aforementioned;
On 01-01-08, the Minister of Foreign Affairs for the Boards Alliance of Protectorate States, Turnin approached me, and spoke of a rather grave situation. It seemed that Bobery of the Republic of Bob the acting Black Team Senator had gained access to an economic guide from the BAPS forums, and reproduced it verbatim on our own forums on 23-12-07. The guide was deleted as soon as the information was given, and punishment of Bobery was suspended pending a full internal investigation.
The Triumvirate of the Armed Coalition vigorously interrogated the implicated member and worked to get to the bottom of the matter for three days straight. Late last night, Ramirus Maximus of Anthraxia, Zzzptm of Himynamistan and myself held an emergency meeting to discuss the evidence at hand, and come to a decision on the fate of Bobery. After a unanimous vote, the Triumvirate has voted in favor of immediate dismissal.
In addition, the Armed Coalition wished to extend its deepest appreciation for the government of the Boards Alliance for their understanding and diplomacy in this gravest of issues. The Armed Coalition would like to re-affirm that we believe the stealing of another alliances property is a terrible thing, and will not be tolerated, as previously shown. Thank you, and good night.
