    GUNNERs, I love thee so well and I'm sorry to see you come to harm. However, I feel as though this is primarily the problems that arise when you do not protect your neutrality at ALL costs. Ching may have been a beloved brother to you for so long, but it seems so evident that the point of seperation for his specific situation was not met. This is exactly the problems you had with RRR when he went off his rocker. Beyond the issue of Ching directly, I see no reason for any such actions to come forth from a neutral alliance, regardless of how regarded he may have been. Neutrality is truely something devoid of impropriety, regardless of the harm that may befall certain individuals, all in the benefit for the alliance as a whole. As evident, I feel as though Ching has truely broken the bonds of neutrality.

    If the GUN you speak of is in direct reference to "Global United Nations", I can assure you.. you were told wrong my friend. Our DoN and Charter forbid such an event from happening.
