Thanks, they said they are gonna help me to get my nation going, population rises so slowly though I have noticed, does it automatically increase when land/infra is bought, or are there other methods?

Thank you everyone for the assistance I ended up joining Logans alliance called Tetris, they seem to be a friendly bunch soI'm gonna see how that works out, now to get more population....

So should I choose an alliance, or do I have to because I will get "raided" if I don't? Could you suggest one that would be best, what I need basically is an alliance that will help me out with my nation in tech and other stuff and help with anything military as I have next to nothing at this point in the way of defense, maybe gives some money too?

Where can I look at all the alliances and compare them? Whats this I have heard about tech raiding, doesn't sound good for people like me just starting the game..
