Everyone seems to be all caught up on chains and such they seem to be forgetting other things.
Go look at the RIA-Polar treaty. Try searching for a line that starts "If a third party"
Once again, I can assure you, the RIA is intent on honoring all of our treaties to the utmost, and we continue to do so.
Also, I would like to state that unfortunately the RIA used the cheapest possible shipping method, and there was no squash present in Polaris to be disrespected. We promise that in the future we will spring for the UPS 2-day delivery rather than giving our squash to some hippies on a cross country road trip in a VW van, and asking them to drop them off on the way. -

To those who are wondering about the RIA's recent actions. Please remember the following.
The RIA is honor-bound to respect IRON's Potatoes (in return for their respect of our RIA squash). As TOP and IRON are treaty partners, IRON has inevitably shared its potatoes with TOP. Therefore an attack on TOP would likewise be disrespect to IRON's potatoes.
The disrespect of potatoes you are encouraging could have damaging and wide reaching consequences to the farmer's market as a whole. To allow that to happen is unthinkable -

The Viceroy would like to congratulate the RIA on finally freeing itself of the tyranny that is Shadow. For too long Shadow has stood against the will of the true rulers of the RIA. But no more, with the rise of "Shadow Slayer" to power, Shadow's defiance shall be finally dealt with.
The domination of the RIA through Shadow Slayer is but the first step in our master plan. In a few days, Shadow Slayer shall be announcing the next step in our plans.

Certainly, first acquire some "photo transfer paper", I suggest shaking employees at your local "Hobby Lobby" until they give you some, while you're their also buy a white T-shirt of appropriate size for your height weight and body type.
Print out pip out onto the photo transfer paper, however, be sure to mirror it first, else everyone will wonder who AIR is, and why is had a commie backwards 'R' in it.
finally iron the transfer paper onto the T-shirt!
Simple, now you have a RIA pip you can wear! -
The sad thing here, is that the opening post appears to make more sense than most OWF topics I read.

The RIA has a policy of not asking for reps, though we may make an exception in this case.
Probably not though, considering the RIA has paid reps to two previous alliances (MDC and GGA), and, well, look where they are now. We don't want to follow in their RIA-rep-accepting footsteps. -
As Viceroy of the RIA, I want all our allies to know that we will not rest until this war is won. Let this be an example to all that the RIA will back up it's friends, no matter what the circumstances.

It is a common misconception that cactuses are mammals, Cactuses are actually a type of avian and feed their young not through mammary glands, but instead by depositing predigested food particles into their mouthes.
Also, a single cactus would not be powerful enough to destroy a planet, that would require a squad on them working in tandem, that's most likely some sort of moon, or possibly Pluto.
