    In the event that a signatory alliance finds themselves in the possession of information that might be useful or potentially harmful to one of the other signatory alliances they shall be required to pass it to the affected party.

    Regardless of whether BDC spied or not, they neglected to inform ODK or Obsidian that NPO had accused them of spying multiples days ago. By withholding this information, BDC made it difficult for ODK at least to believe or support them. If I have to chose, I chose protecting the members in my own alliance before protecting those in one who refuse to even pass valuable information on to us.

    Both Obsidian and the Order of the Dark Knights herby withdraw from the Dark Confederate Pact. Both Obsidian and ODK believe that we cannot remain in a pact with another alliance that chooses to risk the safety of its friends by spying on other alliances. Although neither Obsidian nor ODK condones spying in any form, we hope that BDC will learn from this mistake and once again become the honorable alliance that with we have enjoyed dealing until this point. After the 72 hour period stated in the DCP charter, Obsidian’s and the ODK’s involvement in DCP will become null.

    As TSA government does not have the ability to post on these forums, I am posting for them.

    TSA accepts the surrender terms absolutely and are ordering their nations to halt their attacks.

    Warlord has left TSA.

    ODK resonse to TSA-TGE war

    I know I requested a lock, but as this thread is still active, I will post in here instead of wasting your time by starting a new thread.

    First of all Warlord, I meant no disrespect to you personally, but TGE has a justifiable cause to place you on their ZI list, so I see no reason why you attempted to drag TSA down with you. As to you claims of ODK cowardice, it clearly states in our protectorate agreement that TSA must have ODK's permission before declaring a war, and as we were never contacted about this war, we have no obligation to defend TSA besides the fact that we consider ourselves an honor bound alliance.

    On a more important note, I have notification from TSA leadership that they accept these terms absolutely.

    I was not told about this war at any point in time. Warlord is saying that the guy in peace mode is the guy feeding the lies. (that is bs) I am the guy in peace mode because this war was stupid and I felt that I shouldn't get messed up for somone elses stupid mistakes.

    I dont know but if you could screen shot this or something and post it in CN forums that would be awsome.

    Me again: I completely trust Backwardskills record and judgment and find Warlord's accusations to be unreasonable.

    As some of you may know, the Order of the Dark Knights protects the The Shadow Armada. I would like to begin by apologizing for our slow response as this has only complicated the matter. As of this time, the Order of the Dark Knights finds TSA's declaration to be both unreasonable and foolhardy. Warlord has long been known to be an enemy of TGE, and thus, it is within TGE's right to destroy Warlord. Unfortunately, Warlord has managed to convince the government at TSA that he is an innocent bystander of unjustified TGE aggression. Considering this manipulation, TGE has generously offered to end the war against TSA under the conditions that:

    1. TSA expels Warlord from their alliance

    2. Agrees to never accept Warlord into their alliance again

    3. Supports TGE in their current conflicts as an act of faith

    These terms are extremely generous, and I hope TSA accepts. IF TSA does not not accept these terms, ODK may be honor-bound to support them in their fight, but at this time, I support TGE and hope that ODK will not have to face such an honorable alliance.

    Attack BDC - Oh, they will pound your yellow bellies into the ground! Take on the weak, stroke yourselves, tonight you show your weakness!

    The world will sit silent, tongues bound by the intertwinings of treaties and personal gain. But thoughts are free, Dark Confederate. We all know the thoughts of the world are upon your dishonor on this night. On BDC's, to allow the war upon their protectorate after having rebuked dialogue with the legitimate Browncoats government all day. And also upon this bloc of mewling cowards, too afraid to take on a true alliance, to fearful of a real war.

    The Dark Confederate continues its steady march against the vision of Black that so many worked toward before these most recent happenings.

    Take note, all you alliances of Black, these are those who hold a senate seat. Who wield the power to strike at your economies.

    Take note all you who would ally with these Dark Confederates, who are incapable of a true fight, who shrank from the conflict when they knew Browncoats' allies would defend them. They who only now come like the beggars and thieves they are, to snatch away what they might loot from the smolders. Will you depend upon such jackanapes?

    You have made yourself the face of this, Corey Faith, I destroyed your first senate run for a reason, and now you show the full measure of your incapability, of your treachery.

    Enjoy your tromp in the ruins, what "victory" may come is hollow, it has no flavor, it is the greatest sign of your failings; your lumbering response, you fear to act in the face of real opposition, your lies and deceit.
