Well, that would be a separate crime. As it is now, once Emily has been ZI'd she is free to go on her way and build her nation up as much as she wants.

Yes, it seems that some people don't understand that Emily sent them to herself, using the account of a now-inactive member that she had once babysat for.
Also, some people have repeatedly failed to understand the word OR.
OR means that only one of the stated conditions needs to be true. Hostile intent is not necessary, because she was secretive by using another account to access info that she no longer has access to.

Emily, why do you keep posting in half-sentences and hinted-at information? If you have information relevent to the security of the MHA, why didn't your bring it to me weeks ago?

Tristram, we let almost *everyone* on #MHA, even Squinj. Her being on #MHA in no way implies she had access to the Forums, in fact she had to use someone else's account, so she must have known she shouldn't be there.

You assume she had no hostile intent because she was caught. Hostile intent is implied, otherwise why would someone circumvent the system to gather the info? Also, this is an internal MHA matter not involving other alliances. You have no reason to be concerned, unless you were planning to using someone else's account to get on our servers and collect information. In that case, I suggest you reconsider your plans.

A Revolution doesn't always have to be a bloodbath and freedom has nothing to do with this conflict. When you apply the rather vague and emotionally packed term 'freedom' haphazardly, you cloud the real issues that led to the conflict. The decision made by tR was the correct one, not only strategically but ethically as well.
