Yeah i got the same thing too. My friend just can't send me aid.

We both are from Singapore.

In Singapore we have 4 different ISP. Starhub, Singnet, Pacnet, M1.

My friend and I are using the same ISP, starhub.

Starhub is a shared bandwith broadband, the number of IPs getting rotated around is little.

Thus, my friend is not able to aid me.

I hope there will be some solutions to this problem.
