TF! became The Phoenix Federation. I dont know who The Federation, NOI or Pink Brigade are nor what side they are on, all I know is all of them should have just stayed at home in peace.
TF is meant to be The Federation
TF! is (was?) Total Farkistan (maybe?).
They were saying something along the lines of (TF)!, not (TF!)!.

Treaty of Amity
The Federation and the Multicolored Cross-X Alliance
Preamble
In the name of mutual defense and the wellbeing of each alliance, The Federation and the Multicolored Cross-X Alliance hereby establish this treaty of amity.
Article I: Sovereignty
In ratifying this document, each alliance recognizes the due sovereignty of the other, and of each member nation. Keeping with this principle, this treaty does not mandate or require action on the part of either member nation. More specifically, while granting the privileges of amity as enumerated in the following, each party is entitled to decide when and if to come to the aid and defense of the other.
Article II:Non-Aggression
In ratifying this document, each party agrees to a strict policy of non-aggression toward the other. No military action may be taken by one alliance against the other, without due reparations being paid. Offending nations will be subject to trial in a court of law, and will be held fully accountable for their actions.
Article III: Mutual Defense
In ratifying this document, each party agrees to a policy of mutual defense against rogue nations, whether the rogue nation is unaligned or an alliance member. In order to execute this common defense, however, a rogue-sharing form must be submitted by the alliance requesting defense, including the following information on the offending nation: nation name, ruler name, alliance affiliation, and nation strength. The application must also include a full explanation of the wrongs and charges brought against the offending nation. Once a full application is submitted it is to be added to Article VII of this document, and the rogue-nation in question is to be considered a common threat, and may be dealt with as such by each party. The governing body of either organization may cancel a common threat at any time, and for any reason, in keeping with Article I and the laws established by their governing documents.
Article IV: Assistance
In ratifying this document, each party acknowledges that aid of any form and amount may flow freely from one alliance to another (more specifically, from one nation to another), and will make no regulations to restrict this. Neither alliance is legally bound to grant requests of financial aid from the other.
Article V: Withdrawal
If either signatory alliance feels that this treaty has been unjustly violated and diplomatic negotiations have not offered any a resolution, they may withdraw from the treaty by the express will of their respective decision making bodies. Notification of withdrawal must be given to the other signatory within forty-eight hours.
Article VI: Implementation
This treaty of amity is considered an official government document of each alliance when approved of and signed by the necessary governing body of each alliance. Dissenting officials may sign their name and position on this document under the heading Dissenting Officials, to accurately express and record their opinion.

Federation- New Order of Independence Mutual Defense Pact
This treaty is between the New Order of Independence (NOI) and The Federation (TF). The purpose of this pact is to cement the relationship between the two alliances. Both signatories agree to the following terms:
Article I
No member of either signatory may declare war on a member of the other signatory alliance. Any member at war with a nation from the other signatory alliance must declare peace and offer reparations within 48 hours. If the nation violating this article refuses to offer peace and/or reparations then an acceptable response is the expulsion to the violating nation from their alliance.
Article II
Should either signatory be attacked by another alliance, then the attacked alliance may request the military assistance of the other signatory alliance. If assistance is requested then it must be granted within a reasonable time period.
Article III
Both alliances agree to help each other, through either military action or aid, to fight rogue attacks against the other signatory.
Article IV
This pact will overrule any Non-aggression pacts with other alliances
Article V
This treaty is in effect for defensive wars and defensive wars only.
Article VI
This treaty can be cancelled by either signatory alliance with 72 hours of written notice. This period is cancelled if either signatory refuses to follow articles 1 or 2.
