    I'm still waiting for PLUS to come here and hail this announcement or acknowledge it in some way. I don't see it on their website and I don't see their signatures on the document.

    I've notified Left_behind, they'll be over here eventually; this was posted rather late.

    Something about this does not seem right. You disband CDS and declare anyone with CDS as an AA yet the vast vast majority of CDS appears to still be under the CDS banner. No one disbands an alliance and declares the majority of its members rogues, unless they are an idiot or a liar. They normally place them under protection until they find new homes. If this is a sign of your "leadsership" no wonder CDS failed and this new alliance with almost TOOL name is no doubt bound to failure as well. I have a feeling this is far from over and these OLN guys are not what they seem.

    The PMs informing everyone of the disbandment just went out this morning most members haven't got the message yet.

    Also, I believe that Jakob (he can confirm this) meant "unaligned" or "allianceless" not "rogues", which they are clearly not.

    As has already been stated, we did in no way meant to piss off TOOL and we are discussing the matter privately with them; "Private Channels FTW" and all that.

    How exactly does forcing them to move to "none" and completely disrupting their economies, along with their future growth, go along with your goal to restore and repair them?

    I would guess that the moving off Purple part was more of Valhalla's idea.

    After working my butt off getting peace terms with NV, PLUS, and HoG; I was shocked to read the “CDS coup†thread posted by Mogar.

    I deny all charges, and find this a very thinly veiled attempt for Mogar to regain the role of dictator.

    Now I want to tell you two things that Mogar has failed to tell you:

    1) Mogar has also not told you that about a month ago the CDS High Council, of which I was a part of, impeached Mogar. However instead of kicking him out, or forcing him to permanently resign we came to an agreement and reinstalled him in a leadership role – in fact in THE leadership role.

    2) Mogar has not told you is that 2 days ago as a result of the war, Mogar, with no prompting from me or the HC, decided to step down from the CDS leadership. This was separate but at the same time with him agreeing to be ZI’d.

    So if #1, I was an evil Nazi why wouldn’t have simply gotten rid of Mogar when we impeached him? And #2, doesn’t the whole timing of this seem off to anyone? I arrange peace terms with NV and PLUS, peace terms that Mogar couldn’t get because he was too busy insulting them. He says he’ll resign, and be ZI’d and yet within hours of the terms being posted he has a change of heart – removes the entire CDS government and tries to get the ZI removed. Convenient much?

    As for why I have not posted until now, does anyone really think that if I had posted the response would have been anything other than flaming me? I would guess that many of you would rather have blood than the truth. And anyway, how do I take a screenshot of me not being a Nazi?

    As for why I haven’t responded to any PMs, simple I haven’t gotten any. Mogar has yet to try to contact me about this either here or in-game.

    As for why I sold my Infra – I’ll admit it, I weirded out a bit, I got hit by two nations and decided that it would be best to simply sell all my Infra and at least have some money to rebuild with later rather than be nuked and get ZI’d anyway. I was told that I was going to be nuked at least 5 times, so I am better off this way anyway.

    The only coup I see is that of Mogar kicking out the legitimate CDS government.

    Prince Arutha from NV has offered and I have agreed to go on trial with neutral parties as judges to get to the bottom of this.

    To avoid this turning into a flaming contest, I request a lock.

    It seems as if the wording of this document was specifically constructed to save face for the CDS. This is not a "Cessation of Hostilities," but a surrender.

    I realize that, but PLUS and NV were kind enough not to try to humiliate us. :)

    I would first like to say thanks to the officials from PLUS and NV that I have been dealing with over the past few days, they have made this a relatively painless and smooth process. I definitely look forward to having a solid relationship and hopefully a long friendship with them.

    Having honoured our treaties as best we could; for the past three updates the CDS has been in a state of ceasefire and for the past two updates PLUS, NV, and HoG have been as well - during that time the following terms have been negotiated and approved by our respective governments.

    1. 50 million in reparations must be paid over a time period of two months by the CDS to nations designated by PLUS/NV/HoG.

    2. The CDS must destroy all military improvements which include barracks, guerrilla camps, missile defenses, and satellites for two months starting one week after this announcement.

    3. The CDS must declare peace with all NV and allied nations.

    4. A letter of acknowledging CDS was beaten must be announced.

    5. An announcement must be made that CDS will not aid anyone during the war.

    6. CDS will remain neutral during the war.

    7. One Love poem and one beer made for Zen.

    8. NV and PLUS get to ZI Mogar.

    As per #4:

    The Coalition of Defensive States having fought for six days against over two to one odds admits defeat to its numerically superior opponents.
