Fine you aren't my friend then.

Then you won;t mind if I feel betrayed by you for the kick to the nuts after all I did for you.

Magic, I told you in our query that they were heated and it wasn't a personal slight against you. You just got to hear the brunt of their frustration since you were the only one actively communicating with them. I also told you that when they cooled down, you'd get your apology because they would realize you got !@#$ on unfairly. You're getting yourself too worked up. If I were you I'd walk away for a bit, sleep on it, and hopefully you'll all be good in the morning.

The bond was never really there after NSO signed up with IRON without telling us. I expected the treaty to die out soon, just not now...

So then just call it what it is, you didn't want to be treaty partners anymore and this was the opportune time to get out. It wasn't a hard decision and you guys weren't reluctant about doing it, you were looking for a reason to cancel.

Again, I can't deny it was legal. Just a bad move, and makes for bad PR to boot. I haven't read through the topic so I can't say if NSO gov is pissed or not, but if you were at all interested in preserving the bond between you, despite the error of not notifying you, this was most definitely the wrong move to make.
Even the legality of it is in question as NSO gov had a multi-hour conversation with Omni about the war detailing every aspect as soon as they found they were going to be attacked.

Actually, on a second reading, you are still defending your actions even though you admit it was cowardly and only out for GATO's well being, and with absolute disregard for your allies'. For shame, but at least you admit it has nothing to do with the "lack of communication" and that it was only used as an out.

And I literally think that you literally aren't paying attention. Literally.

I do not appreciate personal attacks. As I said, I understand any anger from the NSO. I don't see any NSO members personally attacking me.
Get off your high horse, you essentially called me dumb by saying I have a lack of reading comprehension.

I really don't think you understand. RV informed you guys, Omni has confirmed that. So when I say that you guys were informed, that is fact. You and everything I'm point out that you said, is wrong.

At least a little bit of reading comprehension would be nice. I just said they DIDN'T inform us.
You are literally an idiot. Your own AC has said in this very thread that NSO told him, but that it wasn't early enough. So yes, they DID communicate it to you.

With this, I cannot argue. We were informed, just not be the NSO. I do understand Rebel Virginia's position entirely. I do not, however, see why somebody else who was able to be online earlier couldn't have notified us. I am truly and sincerely sorry that it happened this way. I understand any anger and animosity coming from NSO or their allies towards GATO. Particularly from my friend Griff.
So which part of the treaty did they break when they, in fact, communicated to you that they were going to be attacked?

Considering Hoo pretty much told Heft "You committed what we see as an act of war" and NSO didn't say a thing to GATO, I'm not about to shed any tears.
They did tell them about it. But apparently it wasn't quick enough for GATO, so they used it as an excuse to cancel.

This was considered, but when I have three allies and people just hearing through the rumor mill what's going on telling me that NSO and RoK are going at it, before I heard anything from NSO it ticks me off.
So you're saying RoK didn't tell you either? Are you canceling on them as well?
No cancellation clause needed NSO broke the treaty so it became void.
As someone else said, I'm sure they were a little busy with everything and it slipped their mind. I'm almost positive it wasn't out of spite or a lack of good faith. I feel that if the two alliances were still on friendly terms, this wouldn't be a good enough reason and the treaty would still exist. Just call a spade a spade and be done with it.

LintWad is not the only government for NSO; NSO messed up, end of story. This is what happens when you tempt fate by trying to stonewall and issue such as this.
So, RoK is attacking NSO for essentially what a minister level position does without approaching the leader or even the #2 guy to see if they would fix the mistakes? It's a rushed move.

I could be wrong, but I think the only Karma alliance to ever appoint a viceroy would go to RoK. Polar appointed one over BDC, but NpO claims to be not Karma so I don't guess you can actually count them.

    Yep.
