STA, by far one of the most respectable alliances here. If only more alliances were like this.

Lets say for example i have more than one nation this would be my response:
well actually next year i will be living somewhere else so i have to choice of abondoning my positions as spy. and also the allaince im working for has a higer strenght than andromeda by about 70,000 also the reason i would say this things is not becasue im not intelligent ,its because they refused to help TTE they said " it would make us look bad becasue we couldnt admit we were spying and we couldnt say were helping beacsue we feel like it." so if they wont help me then i will expose them. i wont expose them directly because that would expose my other nations. so you guys have to be smart and figure out who it is, im giving you hints, and ephie in response to you putting me on that new list, im on your side, i mean i could have easily warned LoFN about your coming attack, but i didnt, and now im tryin to help you figure out who is spying on you and this is what you do,
also ephie think about some of my freinds in other allainces, and think about other allainces i associated my self with.
I read up to 'abondoning' and stopped, because I can't understand what the heck you're saying. Spell check?

Best of luck to your Barbula. I've interacted with you many times, and all of those times have been good; however, I'm disappointed in this turn of events. I thought GATO was better than that. It seems they've returned to their previous issues, which have pushed them into multiple wars.
This is the first time I've been actively at war with GATO, as a side note, in my entire time here. I would hope that this may be an honorable war, all issues aside.
Back in my time in Polaris, I had hoped (when GATO was on the side of NPO, Polaris, and allies) that there was a chance that GATO could be seen as an alliance of brothers and sisters, but once again, this turn of events has proven otherwise.

OOC: If you've ignored him, be done with it, rather than continuing to insult him. You're still open to receiving a warning, even though he can't see what you post anymore. Be the better man and move on.
Anyways, let's hope that this can continue from what it was before, a nice roleplay. -

You guys have completely de-railed the thread, so perhaps it should be taken into private messages or in-game messages? I don't think the personal insults being thrown about is going to accomplish anything. *shrug*

ZIing and Perma-ZI are two different things. If insulting someone is grounds for perma-ZI, then I don't think many folks in CN are safe.
My previous point still stands. No one is ever safe in CN. If someone or multiple people want to destroy you, they'll come up with a way to do so, or they'll provoke you into doing something where you will deserve it. Such is life in CN.

i sent a PM message to tyga asking where to post a goodbye and i am sure you have 3 days to pay back the million i recieved so i havent stole any aid i was going to pay it back in the 3 day period.
If you were truly in the STA, you would've known that in fact, Zulchep became the leader of STA some time ago, and that she is the one you should be messaging about this. So it seems you obviously don't show any sort of care for your alliance and just wanted to take the money and run off with it.
Also, dammit STA, why are you so fast and efficient at declaring war?

I may be mistaken, but I don't believe that BotS is a protectorate of NpO (unless something changed in the last few months while I wasn't here). I thought they were MDP'ed (or some sort of defense pact).

Gee, if only there was someone who saw themselves as the savior of all the unaligneds, who could go around and tell all the new people. It's a shame the game doesn't have someone who has set himself up as the messiah of the little guy who could assume this role.
... and that has anything to do with my statement? Right, because you can't answer it.

I don't think so, most of the time it is an entire alliance being attacked for the real or imagined offenses of a few. And the real reason is either fabricating an excuse to eliminate a rival or just bullying for amusement. The vast majority of the nations being attacked in these cases are innocent.
Again, I'm not asking anyone to agree with my assessment. Ask yourselves what someone who is new to the game would feel if he joined an alliance and it was collectively punished for reasons that the the new guy knows he had nothing to do with. Put yourself in that person's shoes. Anyone in their right mind would say "well this game sux" and leave. Most people are not as stubborn as me.
That is why I am saying that this and other policies that would tend to stifle the majority and drive people away should be seriously re-assessed and significantly modified if not discontinued outright. Weigh the alternatives for yourselves in terms of the vitality of our community, the interesting-ness of the game and what would serve to help or hinder.
I think that we're thinking the same thing, but saying it in different ways (as per the whole 'alliance attacking so-and-so for this reason'). Ever since the beginning of CN, it's always been:
1. Alliance A makes a mistake.
2. Alliance B condemns and declares war.
3. Alliance B's allies jump into the war and destroy Alliance A. (hence the whole '20 alliances pouncing on the one', where the mistake may have been blown out of proportion, and seen as the entirety of Alliance A's mistake). <-- Not debating certain instances, just stating what some people may think.

Solution to Walford's "poor unaligneds being attacked" issue: move to the Red Team. Problem solved. Sadly, I do not think Walford can accept or even really comprehend this solution due to his insane hatred of the NPO.
Right, because every new person to this game automatically knows this. (/sarcasm)

Yes I am leaving as well because of the whole spying bull, I have had enough of such things, I wish things were more like the old days were Great Wars existed instead of what we have now were 20 alliances gang together to take out some alliance. If there was spying going on then I suppose a war was justified, but attacking everyone in Wolfpack because of actions of a handful of people does not make sense... anyway I am done arguing this, I am leaving CN most likely for good (or at least for several months).
You must not have much experience here in CN. I've been around since before the Citrus War, and to be quite frank, the whole '20 alliances taking out a small alliance' has happened quite often. It's almost expected. Majority of the time, they're justified too, based on the small alliance (or any alliance in general) doing something incredibly stupid and being caught for it.

Was a member of LUE, and to be honest, I can't really say I would've chosen differently, despite knowing the results of it all. I got to know a lot of people in LUE, and there's no way I'd change that.

Some people aren't pretentious enough to believe that they know every alliance out there, what each alliance has to offer and ultimately, which alliance will be best for them. Obviously the OP will have an idea of where they do want to go and where they want to avoid, but it opens the floor for other alliances who are keen to recruit a new member to throw thier name in the hat.
Sure, I guess you could go around to every alliance' IRC channel and ask them individually what they have to offer. Or you could do the same with thier forums...but why not do it in the OWF? It's much easier.

See, I would believe that if he actually considered each alliance's proposal. As of now, he's just tallying up how many responses he gets, and that's it.

added.. also still calling me a traitor without even telling people what went down once again shows how NPO is manipulating the public... i was not a traitor and far from it, i kept true to a friend and was able to see what was really going on... while i was NPO i was more patriotic then most and helped much more then most of the people there

Well, you did kinda just betray MK by going against your own leader's wishes, in attempting to start new trouble, and attempting to taint MK's reputation. Justice was served. Deal.

What exactly is the point of this thread? To give you more of a bloated ego? What makes you so special that you feel you should create a thread in the Open World Forum dedicated to the recruitment of ...yourself to other alliances. I know of more prominent people who are part of the "none" alliance, yet don't bother to throw themselves out like this. Bad show, in my opinion.
