RE did not updeclare on us. I know it looks that way because of the number of nations in the UN, however only 4 UN members had 3k+ infra, where as RE had 6. The rest of my nations were still building. Most only had around 1-2k infra.
I'm still open to peace but we will certainly not "surrender" or write a song.
