To be fair, they did have to rebuy quite a lot of infra to be able to. Which is where the NS is coming from.
And having military restrictions. Once they are lifted you will see a large jump.

Let the record show that this was dated after ES's announcement and before that of Moo and Ivan. We have access to NpO' forums and it wasn't like it was a secret. A lot has happened since this and their stance was even clarified to us. Please calm down. Thanks.

Tensions are high at the moment and there are many people speaking who shouldn't be. I think it is best to wait for a response from ES to Moo's message. There is nothing we can do but show support for our leaders (of the orders and their allies) and their efforts to bring this to a swift and peaceful resolve.

What is also interesting is the RL age of alliance leaderships and the matureness that is present. There are teenagers with such a good grasp of diplomacy and leadership as they oversee hundreds of people including people much older.
We talk about how RL personas make up CN characters. How about the other way around? Do any of you in leadership positions believe that running day-to-day operations in your alliance will benefit you later in RL?
