This is aimed mainly at newer/growing nations who are Tech Sellers

 

Looking for 4 more nations who have or can change to the following resources:

 

Aluminium

Coal

Gold

Lumber

Marble

Oil

Rubber

Uranium

Water

Wheat

Iron

Lead

 

This will result in maximum Tech cost reductions and fair amount of Infrastructure purchase cost reductions which is what new, Tech Selling nations need.
