  1. Because the peace that he sent was not accepted. How was neptune supposed to know that they were all of a sudden 'inactive'. He wasn't checking his odds to war them, he was checking to see if they've bought troops, ie rejected neptune's peace offer

You're not half as clever as you think you are. Any competent nation ruler can check activity and soldier count in the main nation screen, and you of course know that.

All our guy was going was innocently checking his war screens... no 'attacks' were performed. It saddens me to see AW persecute an active, and curious nation.

If peace had already been declared between the two alliances, what reason does he have to check his war odds against them? He wouldn't be thinking of attacking an alliance his own alliance had just secured peace with, would he? Nice try on the spin, but nobody is buying it.

Neptune was concerned as he sent peace and his opponents did not accept them. So he checked to see if they bought troops in the event that they wanted to quad him. It was purely a precaution.

You can check soldier count without going into the battle screen. Or do your nations just have no grasp of how this actually works?

You never personally attacked OE? I am confused...

I declared war on one OE nation, & never attacked them. I might have tried an air strike but failed. I did not personally cause any damage to OE, but OE destroyed not just my nation, but most of my alliance.

Oh Bernie, you keep on delivering buddy. I am that nation that you attacked, and I have the battle logs. Allow me to introduce Exhibit B and Exhibit C into evidence...

Now granted, you did no damage as you said, but your incompetence does not excuse your lies. You attacked me, then you declared it a war on the entire alliance instead of cutting your losses. Just own up to it man.

Spartan, like Redarmy, took over a barren team. He aggressively set about making it his own, and there are the makings of a threat to DC down the road for division dominance here. For the first time ever, a DL will be listed as a key fantasy player, because J.J. Watt might be the only TE to have DL eligibility with how he's used on that team, and is just otherworldly. I'd guess that two of Ivory, Cobb, or Ellington will have keeper-worthy seasons, and Landry could be a top 10 WR by the end of the season. All of the pieces aren't there yet, but there has been enough done that, as we move into IDP keepers going forward with the best one locked in to this team, 2016 could be a big year for Spartan.

That's right, it's all about building for a future run. I'm coming for you next year (or the year after that) DC.
