I guess I can't argue with our own charter. I'll have an official declaration drafted and voted on for your viewing pleasure. And I'll make it just as much of a joke as Monsters Inc is.

We have Google Plus and Google Chrome from whom to consult from. As it stands, I don't believe I need to rephrase my complaint at all.
Clearly you think that Monsters Inc is powerful enough to constitute as worthy of declaring official war. Monsters Inc isn't hardly a valid alliance, with it's leadership consisting of a troll and only three big hitters. Not to mention it's basically just a gathering of rogues playing house with each other for laughs. For Christs sake, our former member is their strongest member, and we've pushed him into anarchy and beyond long before any of the rest of us declared. So if you believe this fits your definition of war, you need a new dictionary.

I think it's more a case of recommending that SUN and / or Monsters Inc start a new thread about their war rather than a case of backseat management. Makes things easier to track, no?
I would request that you use the almighty Google to review the definition of War, and then rephrase your complaint.

Typically what you do is decommission enough improvements to facilitate the guerilla camps.
See, I thought I had done that. That's what confused me. So I ended up not getting the camps I wanted when I wanted. I can probably get them now if I want, but it's Minc we're talking about. I'm useless in any fight, but we've got the rest of them covered. Anyone is free to jump in and hit them, if they can afford to downdeclare drastically.

There is actually a valid reason for that. For some reason, I wasn't able to purchase the guerilla camps. Not entirely my fault on that one. The stock market, however, is due to my own personal forgetfullness. I honestly, and I don't know how, but I honestly forgot that Wonders were a thing. But you know what they say. New year, new you. Always room to improve. Besides. You have a bigger fish to fry than me. Better get cooking.

In short, language barrier.
While Stonewall is barking off how he 'runs the show', the reality is that BONEs doesn't read this. His English isn't very good and he has trust that stonewall is doing the right thing. In reality, Monsters Inc wasn't signing off for isolator and junka's interest without guidance from our sponsor in SPTR who has been away due to (ooc RL reasons)
However, he would certainly see war declarations on M Inc by TAO and that would raise red flags. Hence why Stonewall has been begging other people to hit us. Stonewall's power over there is made up on here.
Lastly, Stonewall asks for back up, 'authenticity to his power'. While right now he thinks he's something special, in the long run, and thanks to trusted friends and Google translate, he's going to get a big wake up call.
And lastly, if he can't get other people to hit us, then he will try to dog pile us as much as possible and attempt to make it short and sweet (and quietly) as to not disturb tech supplies and other already planned workings. To knock us out of the way.
So messier than it looks, and having friends over there, will take time to digest and sort out.Nobody declares on you because more than half of your members are below everyone elses nation strength. I was going to hammer you myself before I noticed I couldn't even declare on you. I've also been in contact with Sgt Gus of SPATR. You will receive no help from them regarding SUN. Three of your nations are now at war, Hitchcock. And even though I'm not good at war, admittedly, I'M even declaring on your nations. Most of us can't even declare on you, since OUR ROGUE is your strongest member. Where are your alllies? I don't see ANY current alliances allied to you, besides SPATR, and I doubt they'll come to your aid after you instigated this fight.

As I explained earlier, Monsters Inc is sheltering a nation that attacked us. We are neutral not stupid. Besides, SUN is neutral. Me, on the other hand, I speak my mind.

We attack plenty. Don't you worry about us. In fact, I think we lasted longer (and with less tears) against kashmir and 9 other alliances than you did against kashmir and Java house Leaugue.

Kind of like how the majority here don't respect you or Monsters Inc? You talk big, but all you do is talk. Maybe you're a mixture of smart and dumb, you keep mouthing off to the wrong people but you don't attack them. I mean, Monsters Inc is clearly not strong enough to handle a war right now, especially without protection or allies. Maybe I should be applauding you for not declaring on anyone, and getting wasted by even an alliance like SUN.

I'd hate to call anyone that supports Hitchcock an idiot, so instead I'll just call them misinformed. Stonewall is probably as fed up as I am with Hitchcock. Hitchcock disrespected my Imperial Minister when we took a polite gesture by informing them of our wars with our former member, whom we declared on when he violated our rules and attacked our members, and asking for permission to continue our fights. We were informed that we had to cease our wars by Hitchcock, so I got into contact with Sgt Gus asking for his help with his unruly protectorate. SPATR has shown nothing but support for SUN in this incident, and I now have great respect for Sgt Gus and the members of SPATR. Mind you we continued our attacks despite Hitchcocks asinine request that we back off.
If Hitchock wants to act like he can handle SUN and it's allies without any support, let him try.

SUN's forums are up to date. It's not that hard to check. Not to mention for all people know about my nation, they must have checked my nation page, meaning they've seen that I am the Fourth Emperor of SUN. Missing that information's like forgetting that your alliance can't handle all out war with multiple alliances OH WAIT.
