Recognizing a disturbing lack of readiness to respond to enemy electronic warfare, the Luftwaffe has ordered two new systems to be introduced, with approval from the Wehrmacht.
EC-130H Compass Call will be used to jam enemy communications, radar, and command & control.
Mil Mi-8PP will be used to escort troop transport helicopters and disrupt nearby SPAAG radar systems.
These new systems will serve alongside the Panavia Tornado ECR in all air wings and alongside some infantry divisions to provide local ECM/ECW/ECCM support.
EF-111 Ravens would do a much better job as Jets>Props

Consider harriers or Yak-38 Forgers since you like russian/european planes
Mainly because just as in the coldwar, airbases will be targeted with WMDs and VTOLs will give your Luftwaffe a fighting after a strike, But I sugest Mirage IIIVs as VTOL Supersonic interceptors can halt sratigic bombers across your forgine teritories from hiden airstrips without seting up visable SDI systems. Also why no aircraft carriers? How about Kiev class carriers or Laigon class carriers?
STOBAR Is cheap, but you would need planes with LOTS of thrust for the Laigons.
