The only reason NPO is arrogant is because they can back it up with Strength. After the end of the first great war, they dropped their tone, and started using more tact and diplomacy, because they got a royal smack down from the rest of the world. They couldn't afford to be arrogant. Nowadays it doesn't matter. They do what they want because they've gotten everyone either on the payroll and protection or under their thumb.
The NPO knows neither respect nor honor. They are honor less swine that deserve to be taken out to the pasture, shot and cremated and buried for a very, very long time.

OOC: I think comrade Vladimirs point was that Francoism does exist. It exists in Cyber Nations and in !@#$%*. "Natural rights" however, do not exist. You're only entitled to the rights that you're able to defend. If you're not in a position to defend those rights, you're not entitled to them. Simple concept.
Does it exist in Real Life? Outside of an internet game? No. Case Closed.
