I would imagine the delay is caused by the fact a lot of alliances don't actually have some sort of rally cry to get involved outside of helping their allies slowing their decisions down, the staggered nature this war has taken, and the fact that small alliances declaring early in wars tend to get dogpiled. You sir, have hit the proverbial nail right on the head. We don't care anything for the politics. We have no dog in the fight. We enjoy a little skirmish now and again, but this is a little over the top. I've seen some goofy wars in my time on Planet Bob, but this one takes the cake. We'll help whatever friends ask. Friends>infra+tech+land+cash+pixels. -

Easy now. We have the balls, we just don't care about this war, other than helping our buddies. We don't get wound up in the politics, we keep pretty much to ourselves, and stay out of everyone's business. We were asked to help, we're in where we were asked to go. This isn't our war, this is just us helping out friends. We'll make this little corner ours, because it's our duty.
Complaining? Not so much, more of a comment really. We miss fighting MK, those guys, they know how to FIGHT. Adding their awesome sense of humor, I almost want to declare on them for the lols. -

Nope. We just don't have a dog in this fight, until our friends offered us the chance to check out the war from the inside. The politics of this don't interest us much, just hanging with our buds. -
I must say, for a war where I couldn't muster anger against an opponent, a quite a bit of damage was done.
I hope to have good relations with our new friends in NSO, STA, and MK.

As soon as our brothers are in the clear, Molon Labe is willing to put down the sword and pick up a shot glass. But our brothers must receive peace.
. We don't have a problem with you or our other opponents, heck, the only problem we've got with MK is their war with TPF. I hope when the underlying issue is resolved all of us in this little clusterxxxx can lay down our weapons and walk together off the field of battle as new found friends. Until that resolution comes about, I don't expect any and would be disappointed in a cessation of hostilities by an alliance in our little circle.
I know I've been an $@! for the last 18 hours but it's really disheartening for me personally to be seen as fighting for something I absolutely don't believe in. The only stake we've had in this is TPF and now DOOM. And we can't leave until they get peace.
This. Molon Labe has no hate for NpO, NSO, STA, or MK. We do what we do, because we said we would. I can respect NpO for doing the same. No anger, no angst, we are all just doing as we promised. If everyone followed their word, the world (IC and OOC) would be a better place. If we're all ground to ZI under the heels of our current "enemies", at least we can hold our heads up knowing we did it by sticking to our word, when it would have been most convenient to forget certain things we said.
To NpO, I would attack a nation or three, but your friends in NSO, MK, and STA seem to be doing a very good job of keeping me in nuke anarchy, your friends fight well. Hopefully I get a chance to meet one of your troops on the field of battle before this is done.

And for those who worry about who our allies choose to fight, let's drop the pretenses, ok? We know, you know, we all get it. STA is allied to NpO. Anyone declaring on STA will bring NpO into the fight, as they will honor their treaty. We know. You know. Got it. As has been said so eloquently by others, with the stomping we're already getting, would we really want to bring yet another round of pain into the mix? We in ML are already fighting three larger alliances, with most of us fighting 3-4 nations. No bawwwing, just stating the facts. If we had the opportunity to do it to those we fought, we would do the same. It's just part of the game. But to intentionally bring in fresh reinforcements in the form of NpO? That would be insane. You know it. We know it. Can we get past it now? If NpO REALLY wants into this fight, they know how to write a DoW, I've seen 'em do it.

I actually like the occasional vegetarian meal. Not on a regular basis, but as a change it's nice. I make a mean vegetarian lasagna, couple that with a little red wine, we'd have a meal fit for a king. Not the beer and burgers I'm used to, but it would do.

Please folks, please let ML decide what this means to us. We appreciate any help we can get right now, as we're fighting a rather pitched battle. Not complaining mind you, as this is the first decent fight we've had in quite a while. I'm actually enjoying things a bit, we're fighting folks with a sense of humor, and a great attitude. Let's save all the e-lawyering and political spinning for another thread.

Yes, yes it is. But forgive me if I don't cheer those who would attack me, would you?
My personal opinion on these wars, there is going to be no convincing enemies of the righteousness of their opponent's action. There will be flaming, there will be discussion, but in the end, we believe our friends, and we shall stick with them through thick and thin. Maybe you will too, and maybe we'll all meet on the battlefield. I'll not attack another alliance here for honoring their treaties, or their spoken word, or even great friendships. That is what the battlefield is for, it is used when diplomats fail, or when someone steps across another's line in the sand. If everyone got along and agreed on everything, there would be no point in this game having a war engine.
