  3. Top Five Worst Alliances of All Time

    In no particular order

     

    ICON (post GWIII) and Zenith:  started out strong but collapsed due to failure to create internal community.  They also mooched off of whoever was in power and had no opinions of their own.

    WTF:  Gigantic but does very little and when they show their faces here, it's really disappointing.

    Heroes of the Union:  Nice people but completely incompetent.  They got themselves attacked pretty much by incompetence.  I don't even remember what they did at the time (i think it was accidentally admitting a ZIed person because they didn't investigate members)but I remember going "How can you be so stupid?"

    Order of Feudalistic Security:  Gonzoczar's post GATO alliance.  At one point, they had a "treaty us or be attacked" policy.

    Andromeda:  Hard to think of a better connected but worthless alliance.  Ephraim Gray was a treaty whore extraordinaire and loved making promises he couldn't actually keep due to his alliance's size.

     

    Honorable mention for SOS Brigade and any other alliance that ever used anime as a theme because pedophilia and beastiality are not cool.

    Sadly that's what this coalition is all about, war without reason because they can.
    I'll enjoy the future watching many of the alliances supporting it now complaining and trying to distance themselves from it when the chickens come home to roost.

    Your side is just whining because you're losing. You were perfectly happy to take part in curbstomps when it was you doing the stomping.

    Most Inactive Large Alliance:  IRON

    Worst Diplomatic Team:  DBDC

    Alliance Most Likely To Fail in 2015:   Valhalla/IRON

    Worst Player of the Year:  Tywin Lannister

    Worst Leader of the Year:  Tywin Lannister

    Worst Treaty of the Year:  IRON/DBDC or NG/IRON (really wanted that one canceled)

    Worst Theme Used in 2014:  Tywin calling everything and everyone "bourgeois"

    There's always a bigger fish. You play the war game, there's a chance someone bigger will get you. Not being in government I can't explicitly say why it was SNX but I can say they were one of the most mocked on our board so I can't say it was a surprise we hit SNX.
