[Alliance War Resignations/Surrenders]

we are surrendering to Legion under the following POW terms:

-POW nation will change AA to "Legion POW", decom all nukes, tanks, CMs, AF and keep minimal troops.

-POW nation will destroy all satellites and missile defence improvements.

-POW nation will remain neutral for the remainder of the conflict
