  1. Bumping because this problem still exists. It also affects the Foreign Aid slot count on the Alliance Stats page, because those are updated based on 10 days after the deal was sent (by time, if deal was sent at 7am, it shows as expired at 7am 10 days later, not at 12am when it actually does expire). Leading to inaccurate numbers as they do not reflect whether or not the slot is actually expired or not.

  2. It is not. That was the 6am download, and that deal had expired at midnight. If you check my foreign aid slots, you will see that I sent Mr_JD some money the same day this thread was posted (9/17) I had downloaded the stats at 6am on that day (9/17), which showed the deal of him sending me tech on 9/7 as still approved, when infact it was expired. I didn't send Mr_JD the money until almost midnight, but it had been expired for the entire 23 hours and 30 minutes before.

Best example I can give is one I did give. Mr_JD sent me tech on 9/7. It expired on 9/17 and I was able to send him money. The stats download on 9/17, which has foreign aid sent on 9/17 included, shows that all deals on 9/7 are still approved, when they are all expired.

  3. I suck at titles, but :

Problem : When downloading the Foreign Aid statistics, foreign aid sent 10 days ago that expired today (for instance, I sent someone $6mil on Sep 7th, it has expired today), does not list as expired on the downloaded stats. I've been filtering them out, but more I thought about it, more it seemed like a bug. I downloaded a freshly updated stats this morning to confirm it again (it had been updated for morning).

    Example :

  4. Found this in the Game update log, think it's what you are after.

Added the ability to add paragraphs to your custom Nation Information section. You can include up to four <br> tags within the text. A single <br> tag creates a line break and two <br> tags together will form a new paragraph. The limit on the <br> tags is to prevent players from using too many and breaking the page.

Edit : The Game Update Log only goes back this far and 1 more. The one previous was the one that added to ability to even edit it and makes no mention of tags. So this "<br> x 4" seems to be only mention of what is allowed.
  5. Recently the Green Team had 2 proposals expire, one received on 7/13, one received on 7/14. Both proposals failed on the day they were received.

We had 2 other proposals appear on 7/13, but neither of those have expired. They were not approved until 7/18 and 7/19 respectively.

    Multiple questions :

Are proposals suppose to expire 30 days after they have been received, or 30 days after they have been passed or failed?

As it appears the 2nd option is in place right now (whether intended or not), does this mean that a team could hypothetically sit on full proposals and not pass or fail any of them until a specific time (well beyond 30 days after receiving them)? If they only expire 30 days after being passed/failed, seems like they could just be left to sit and 'wait' for a different circumstance to appear.

I was hesitant to make a bug report regarding this because I'm not sure if the current situation is what was intended or not.

Wonders - National wonders are much like regular nation improvements in that they allow you to further modify your nation based on your own strategies. The difference between national wonders and nation improvements is that national wonders do not require a specific number of citizens to develop but instead have an enormous cost associated with them. Another difference to national wonders is that you can only purchase one of each type of national wonder and you may only develop one national wonder once every 10 days. National wonders cost $5,000 a day to maintain. When purchasing national wonders do not expect a huge return for your investment. That is not the point behind national wonders. Instead, national wonders are intended for those nations who are reaching the very peak of their nation development due to nearing maximum development in infrastructure, land, improvements, etc... to give those nations a slight push above their competition. Therefore national wonders are not intended for everyone and are instead intended to provide a slight strategy for the most advanced players and an additional goal for everyone to strive to. The following are the official costs and bonuses of national wonders:

Issue : Bolded, but it says every 10 days, when it's 5 days, between purchases.

    Thanks!

  7. Honestly, it varies player-by-player. With Democracy and 6999 Infra, Option 4 is C, Option 6 is A, Option 9 is C. Everything else is 'no benefit' or roleplay. This allowed me room enough to purchase 1 Red Light District and sit right at 506 Crime Rating. I honestly don't like the Casino, though at certain levels it can add income boost when you play around with Gov positions enough. However the RLD can be handy if you are already max environment (1 above GRL) and taking it's hit won't affect you besides the Crime Rate. It definitely requires more thought process on balancing Gov positions to achieve a good crime rate.

  8. I'll comment because I noticed this actually *does* benefit my nation to buy *1* Red Light District if I set my positions perfectly. It does require balance, and having 2 is a hit no matter what. I can get away with 1 for an overall gain though, so it's gotta have a use for some.

  9. Definitely has me confused as well, came to forum to see if anyone else had asked and been answered. Typically it's written like it is on the WRC "hurts environment by +1" if it's a negative. But because you might assume "Red Light District" = negative Environment and adding crime, that it's negative, but it's written in the typical "positive" fashion.
