Im supposed to get a 50% reduction in nuclear pollution once I hit a certain tech level, maybe its not 5 - that seems highly unlkely to me now. Im at 12 now and no change.

Also, If I am correct--I wont experience a significant reduction in pollution till I hit tech 5.

If there a post with good advice on raising environment? Or, could someone help me me with some advice? I know my nation is new, but i have another one that has at least 2 stars rating, this one has 1 1/2--Id like to raise both to like a 3 if possible.
Obviously I need to "tweek" mine for desired results.

How similar is this game to civilization IV, for example?
Would it be best to start a small country with monachy, democracy, etc...... and guidelines?

Offering tech for cash. Ive read that even though Im low on the totem its a good offer?
No idea whats resonable....
