We have the same surrender terms as Legion (apart from the AA part, since it would be odd for us to make people say they were Legion POWs). This is our members fault and I will make sure all Polars will be informed that surrender to any of our allies equals a surrender to us.

his response gives me the impression that despite the fact that i have surrendered, he is still going to attack me at every update until NpO declares peace... which, w/ GOONS fighting till the end, may be quite some time.... what do i do?

The situation is that our alliance \m/ has surrendered to the legion under the following terms:
-POW nation will change AA to "Legion POW", decom all nukes, tanks, CMs, AF and keep minimal troops.
-POW nation will destroy all satellites and missile defence improvements.
-POW nation will remain neutral for the remainder of the conflict

-POW nation will not send aid or assist any nation at war against the Allies
I have met these conditions and sent a message to my NpO attacker to which he replied:

I am not Legion. I will be informed at said time that the New Polar Order will be granting peace to m. m declared war on the NpO when they came to the defense of Genmay, your war with the Legion is a seperate one.
Attacking POW's seems wrong even on planet bob, but of course, this is my opinion as a defeated nation
