  1. I was trying to show good sportsmanship, but it's been made all too apparent to me that the majority of you guys would rather just piss and moan about stupid Politics instead of enjoy the game.

Welcome to the world! This happens every war and is the norm. It's best to tune it out really, and find something you enjoy to focus on.
  2. You can put all the titles beneath your name here but it doesn't change the fact that you got pounded to hell this war by me. TWICE!!! LOSER.

There's being a bad winner, and then there's being a bad winner where your own personal contribution didn't really make much of a difference. Your wars were incredibly even considering that your opponents were all being dogpiled while you were left with only offensive wars.

Whatever history you have, I'd be more than grateful in reading. I'm coming from a background of tabletop and online RPG, so picking through fluff helps with getting myself settled.

Biggest single event in CNRP was probably when Yoitsu rolled Melech and Domingo after they attacked him. God that guy was good.
  4. Celebrations took off nationwide as the supporters that had been holding their breath for the much of the penalty shootout were finally given relief in the form of sweet victory. Alcohol consumption during the game itself hadn't been particularly high (there were few noteworthy and rememberable plays before the shootout) but it certainly ramped up during the climactic end. Minor Major heart attacks occurred en masse as Captain Jin Lu scored an inappropriately audacious penalty for the World Cup finals in an attempt to perhaps rattle the opposing Keeper, or net himself some style points.

The team's blue and white kit was a staple that night as fans took to the streets to share their ecstasy with other fans and debate in heated topics, such as "Is Lu a dickhead for trying that penalty?".

  5. "It's coming home..."

Much of the nation (most of whom had been relatively apathetic towards Meihua'a football until they made it into the Semi-Finals) would be on the edge of their seats soaking in as much as they could before the Finals began. Bars would proudly boast their coverage of the game, with flags and the team's Insignia fluttering off of most such buildings. Children would play in parks and impersonate their favourite players, while big companies would take this opportunity to get out as much football marketing as they could before it was too late.
  6. Pretty much every nation of Eva's has had some element of the state killing people they don't like. This is pretty normal as things go and it's outlandish to say that there's some evil intent directed towards you, because you don't like someone. Stop attention-seeking and get over it.

  7. The Prussian Marksmen lay down as their sighted their prey. The old Prime Minister of Hungary had come back, seemingly forgetting the results of his past heinous rule. The old solder peered down the scope of his AWP Redline (affectionately named "Schwarzer Regen" because he liked doing that) and sighted the man's head.

    "Take the shot."

And in an instant he squeezed the trigger, feeling the weapon kick up into his hands and the beautiful ring .308 as it smashed into Beres' head, dealing about 450 damage.

    "Counter-Terrorists win."

Smiling as he heard the affirmation of victory through his earpiece, he muttered to himself: "gg silver"

  8. Public

"With the essential collapse of Tianxia into warring states, we see that we are no longer beholden to our Overlord of old. Once we were but a mewling nation, naïve in this world and needing a helpful arm. Would we have helped the Tianxian loyalists recuperate? Perhaps. But we are not prepared to simply wait for a call of assistance in the hope that it does one day come. We will not intervene on a mere whim, for we have not the right to butt into their affairs and there is no national threat to the safety of the common person. Thusly, I hereby renounce the Oath of Homage given by my father unto the Tianxian Emperor. From today, Meihua is a free state and will conduct her own affairs with the impunity to choose what is best for our own people!"
