my requirements
1.they should give 6 million in startup aid
2.i dont want to have to take a test but a few questions are fine
3.i want to join an alliance that if they see someone falling they'll help him or her up
4.and of course should provide absolute assistance if attacked
5.they should have a place to apply if i need a loan
6.finally they should constantly do tech deals
