Well looks like ive been beatin to the punch .....
but ill throw my Alliance into the mix.....
as barti says...its easier to learn how to build an alliance once you have see how they work....Thousand Suns would be a great place to start as we are new as well and are growing stronger every day....

i figure your micro till 30 members and at least 300k Strength IMHO...but that is just me....and we are working on being mid-teir by end of summer
