    How many times did one or the other force in CNworld unsucessfully tried to get GPA on their site for their moral crusade? ;)

    So can I summerize the topic?

    I thank the NPO very much telling us that CK = Valid. I didn't know it, so didn't 98% of GPA membership. This help is really appreciated.

    Yes maybe I could have figured it out, if I paid more attention. I did wonder however how come that a new member is putting so much work into our techs. Usually members take some months to get warm to the alliance, until they start to lose many, many hours and nights for it.

    I will, and I hope so all other GPA members take care to keep him in check, and if he does give us any chance lets gladly kick him out. If he does anything to you, please report us.

    Other than that, accepting valid back hardly was an unneutral act, or was it? As said above he *is* a train rolling toward us, since also I consider unneutral / otherwise stupid acts from him likely.. But right now, this is not issue enough to declare war upon, as long as you don't want to put us out of our misery before the train might strike...

    Oh and @ almost everybody, (especially pez, (wo)man I loved you once! It hurts me too see such text from you..) The GPA isn't strong. Don't let the statistics fool you. There is always coming this comment again "because of one of the strongest alliances...", well not even half of our membership is active, the rest is just people that log in once a week collect taxes, pay bills and call it a game. They don't even vote or post anything. We usually don't consider them as harm, as long they don't commit any unneutral act... Some say, well they get rogue protection for nothing. They do, but if they weren't there first place, the rogue would have striked one of us actives instead, so better them than us :) Otherwise we would even lose a 1:1 with NPO even without any allies. But other than that, we strive for neutrality forever. Please remind us when things go out of the way, but I don't see any use of putting out of our misery.. Our strength and asset was always diplomacy not infra/tech and this way it will always be...

    Valid is an IC persona.

    Thank you for proving my point yet again.

    His position gives him authority over IC material and issues relating to tech support.

    It's entirely IC.

    He has no authority over IC material and issues relating to tech support are OoC. It's entirely OoC.

    It isn't OOC.

    Let me explain this to you like a small child.

    Valid = IC persona.

    A new IC persona uses the persona of Valid to obtain a position in GPA.

    Cereal Killer cannot be a different IC persona because he also claimed to be Valid to gain this position.

    Cereal Killer is an alias of the IC persona Valid.

    Sorry, that's as dumbed down as it can get.

    OoC: That would be right. Except that he used an OoC information (i.e. being Valid) to obtain a completely OoC position (i.e. tech support guy), which holds no IC signification whatsoever. I am leaving the thread now since I am not an official voice of the GPA.

    You know what. I'm just going to say I'm done holding back the floodgates. If this is the average opinion of the members of the GPA, I see no reason to preserve history.

    OoC:I was just pointing out that there are no excuses IC to create drama over this. But what the heck, I know that almost all great wars in CN were caused by OoC conflicts and I understand why you are doing this. I just think that people should try to keep it civil and don't mix OoC and IC.

    It's sad to see you out of the GPA gamerk2. I would say that Valid's resignation and acknowledgment of violating the DoN with his past several actions would be enough to bring the GPA back to good standing with everyone, BUT, Valid was elected by the membership (I was expelled by the time the runoff elections went on and even then I was rooting for SunWuKong). And not only was he elected by the membership, he was elected even AFTER his violations of the DoN through censuring other alliance members and glorifying those who had been expelled from GPA had been thoroughly debated. Those of us who are smart have already left the GPA. Otherwise, war may be just the growing pain they need to move on out of this.

    Valid was elected only because all the other candidates resigned. And instead of leaving the GPA, some of us actually stay and try to change things.

    This. I might be wrong but I'd guess you have no voice over the 'most of the world' leadership, do you? Because if not you are only speculating as everyone else is. The decisions taken by the government were arbitrary and by no means necessarily represent the GPA membership wishes. We acknowledged that and we are doing what we can to deal with it internally. Currently there is a process of impeachment going on against our president and it will take around 72 hours until we know the results.
