  1. In 2011, Polar agreed to terms that prohibited any aid sent or received for a month. Their 350ish nations missed roughly 15 slots each for that 30 day period, which assuming each slot went used for sending/receiving cash, like Farrin's claims here, it prevented $8 billion in aid from being sent/received. No one made claims that they'd be that crippling, because they weren't. Polar bounced back fine, so will NPO. You can keep throwing around hyperbole about how crippling these are, but they're pretty mild when you sit back and stop complaining for a minute and consider them.

I must agree with Goldie here. Polar's last two losses resulted in terms of 125k tech reps and a total aid ban (albeit for only 1 month). So Steve Buscemi's outrage over the "insane, unprecedented, and extremely punitive terms" is quite silly.

  2. Pretty sure he was talking about the stat for current wars, not total.

Also our total ratio is still higher than all of the alliances' on your side so eat me.

There is no person on this Earth whose digestive system could tolerate so foul a substance.

Interesting stats Mompson, thanks for the post.  Some of the alliances on there surprise me a bit.  I guess CnG is fighting harder than I have given them credit for up to this point, so well done to ODN and TLR.

  3. StealthKill's post is beautiful.

Neo Uruk's comprehension really is that bad.

One thing I will give CnG and co, is that damage should be turning in EQ's favor now that nuke stockpiles should be depleted and so far that doesn't seem to be the case and I don't really have an explanation.  Perhaps with so much of the CnG mid-tier in PM, SF/XX can't really maximize our damage output in that range, or it is being offset by higher losses in the upper tiers.  Or it could be that we are blowing staggers and missing attacks.

  4. I don't think most people on this side of the fence object to the use peacemode itself.  What's objectionable is the notion that when alliances on our side used it it was "cowardice" and now that CnG uses it, it is "strategy".

If you have been consistent in your statements on the matter, and I'll take it on his word that Dre4m has, then there is no issue.  Unfortunately, not all of GATO's posters in this thread are so consistent.

  5. HoT - it doesn't take a pony avatar to make you not worth listening to. It's you being you. But for the sake of promoting civilized discourse, I'll address a key fallacy of your argument. It is not necessary for the old Continuum/Q to be the hegemony that arises out of the current aggression - it is enough that a new hegemony will establish itself if permitted to, and there is very little to suggest that it will be more benign than the current order. The least bad outcome would be something similar to what exists now. The more likely outcome will be something worse, even if it doesn't sink to the pre-Karma depths. And that is why your foolishness cannot be allowed to succeed.

Did it ever occur to you that the reason you find MK's hegemony so benign is because you are a part of it?

  6. You understand that for better or worse NPO supports Non Grata right? If you're lumping us in with the moral trashheap that is the "lulzy" doomhouse side then I'm really confused about the percieved "values" that are held. Do tell me...

My feelings on Non Grata are mixed.  Some in NG people definitely fall into that category, but others don't.  Regardless, your position in this war is one where you're backing the trashheap.  I don't count NG as one of them but like CnG you have definitely enabled them....

Edit: DNFJ who on Bob are you convincing with anti-1V posting, exactly?

  7.

You are literally supporting NPO, and NpO. Literally. Do I even need to reread you your CN history? Yeah...

I think it says something about the alliances that were leading before this war that people are willing to gamble with putting them back on top.

Polaris and Pacifica at least take the game seriously and value something, that alone is enough for me to support them over the stupid lulz culture DH spouts off at every opportunity.

  8.

GATO DoW on GOD Via CnG

GATO DoW on Invicta Via CnG

RnR DoW on GATO Via SF

DBDH DoW on GATO Via oDoAP with Invicta

All legit and good to go.

and anyone else 1 chain out, right?  That's how I read it anyway.

Any attack against a nation of GATO by any alliance not tied by a direct treaty to an alliance already engaged in a publicly declared war with GATO will be considered a rogue war and will be handled as such.

So any direct allies of the alliances magicninja mentioned can enter undeclared?  I'm not trying to twist this, just clarify.

Also r00tn00b, you're arguing with magicninja, who agrees with you. So just leave.
