    I am unable to have a donation deal done for my nation.

    Make a donation towards the nation of República Argentina ruled by TJ Booth. If you wish to make a donation to a different nation you MUST search again. Please note that if this nation has already received the donation bonus during the month of June the bonus WILL NOT be applied for your donation. Donations will not be held over until next month so do not attempt to donate early before the start of the next month. It is your responsibility to check with and receive permission to donate on behalf of TJ Booth before making your donation.

    Last time I checked 5/5/2008 was 5 May 2008 not June so why the problem with a donation for June??? I have not received a bonus in June and would like a fast response to this.

    This was taken care of a while ago and is no longer an issue....If this is an issue then come talk to me...And an action will be taken against members. There is no reason to mess with members of other alliances...OOC or IRC attacks is not tolerated in the ASC

    Preamble

    "ASC and ROG hereby sign this MDoAP in the matter that even though it was a quick relation, we promise to return the undies that may have been left behind after last nights engagement"

    The undersigned alliances hereby reaffirm their faith in the fundamental rights, dignity, and sovereignty of the signatories and enter into this Mutual Defensive and Optional Aggressive Pact to fortify, strengthen, and promote the ties of peace and friendship.

    Article I: Respect

    All signatories of this treaty will show respect towards one another in all forms of communication as well as projecting a public aura of unity.

    Article II: Sovereignty

    "We believe in Sovereignty of each other's alliance, and promise not to go TOO overboard with the Role Playing"

    The undersigned acknowledge that this treaty is, in no way, an attempt to breach one another's respective sovereignty and all member alliances shall remain free and sovereign.

    Article III: Non-Aggression

    The undersigned hereby agree that no sanctioned aggression will occur between them, covert or overt. Should any member nation declare war, they must declare peace immediately and offer reparations of no less that 150% of the damages caused by such attacks.

    The victim of any such attack may not retaliate for a period or 24 hours to allow for a diplomatic resolution to the matter unless the attack involves multiple agressors.

    If a nation is in violation of Article 3, and fails to stop aggression after seventy-two hours, he is deemed to be a rogue and is subject to punishment by any of the signatories as they see fit.

    Article IV: Intelligence and Aid

    Any of the undersigned may request aid from another signatory, and it is encouraged that such requests are handled, in any manner, promptly.

    Any and all information deemed appropriate is be shared freely between the signatories, in the interest of mutual prosperity and safety.

    Member nations may not offer foreign aid to nations engaged in war with either of the other signatory. Any nation that offers such aid must make arrangements for an offer of foreign aid to the other signatory, equal to 150% of the original aid to the enemy nation, to be paid after said war is resolved.

    Neither signatory alliance shall aid an offending nation under Article III, nor shall they aid an alliance which the other signatory is at war with.

    Article V: Espionage

    The undersigned alliances shall not engage in espionage against another. Should any party receive information that indicates a breach of any member's security, they must notify the offending alliance through secure channels immediately.

    Article VI: Mutual Defense

    "If one of us gets heated, the other promises to help the other... Cool down..."

    An unprovoked ATTACK on one signatory alliance shall be considered an ATTACK on the other signatory alliance. The other signatory agrees to defend other member alliances via military, political, and financial actions in the event that an aggressive war is enacted by an outside alliance or group. With the consent of the involved signatory alliance, the uninvolved alliance may refrain from being involved in a defensive conflict. This does not constitute as a waiver or withdrawal from the treaty.

    Article VII: Optional Aggression

    "bondage, with consent of the other partner, any whipping or chaining of other parties may be involved..."

    In the event that either of the undersigned alliances in this treaty are brought to war through an aggressive declaration or by way of an aggressive declaration by an alliance allied to either of the undersigned alliances, the uninvolved undersigned may, by request, optionally activate this treaty to provide military, financial, or some other form of support.

    Article VIII: Withdrawal

    "If for any reason we decide to take the relation to the next level (Bow chicka wow wow) or decide that the bed has too many loose springs for any more fun, a 72 hour period..."

    Any signatory of this treaty may withdraw itself from this pact, for any reason, whenever they choose.

    The provisions outlined in Articles I,II,III and V will stay active for seventy-two hours, post withdrawal from this treaty while either alliance can try to diplomatically reinstate this treaty.

    It wasn't my decision, I resigned from my post as Dep. MoFA a lil while back. I had no choice in the matter of how this went down.

    you are a member of the NADC you have a choice and a say how this goes down, it is just a matter of do you have what it takes to stand up to those who are forcing this upon the NADC.

    OK i am trying to send aid to a member in my alliance. I currently have 3 of the 5 aid slots filled and when i go to send him aid I get the following message.

    That nation has too many active foreign aid agreements at this time. Please wait until these agreements expire before attempting to send aid.

    It shows all the Aid i have out. and not one to the person i am trying to send aid to.

    A little assistance on this would be great.
