  12. Acceptable CBs for Minor Wars

    Oh i think the idea to set rules on minor wars is great. I think the point of all this is to stop/limit minor wars from becoming major ones, with all the economic disaster that results from them. Alliances should stop meddling with small wars, unless it's for a good reason. I agree with only two points though.
