1. Due to escalation of the conflict, Burma now recognizes a state of war with the Republique de Fleuve. Burma does however recognize the Caliphate's mandate and will respect the integrity of its occupation zone.

    *Classified*

Burmese troop transports began rounding the Cape of Good Hope and heading north. It would not be long before the first wave arrived in the OR. By now the ICBMs would have struck, delivering their payloads onto Ottoman fuel depots and airfields at critical combat points.

OOC: I left it ambiguous because I have no OOC knowledge of where Fizzy's bases would be, but my government would have intel reports from the UFE and Great Britain. Per procedure, Fizzy can RP his own casualties.

  3. This is a little different considering my nation does not nor has ever had nuclear weapons. Yes he could nuke me, but if we are operating on an assumption basis for IC based on real life politics, he could expect a massive backlash for nuking a non-nuclear state.

  4. Burma is open to a peace conference, but will continue to prepare for combat operations as the Ottoman Republic has continued to act in belligerance and rejected peace offerings. Citing the OR's actions during the course of this situation, Burma declares total war on the OR.

    *Classified*

As Burmese troops loaded onto ships and began the journey to Africa, Burmese ICBM silos opened up and unleashed missiles bearing large, conventional payloads to target Ottoman airfields and fuel depots, locations provided by Red Dawn intel sharing protocols. The aim would be to cripple Ottoman response capability before Burmese even arrived in theater. In all, 25 missiles were launched, 15 targetting airfields and 10 for depots of fuel.

  5. *Classified message to Red Dawn and Treaty of Zurich members participating in operations in the Ottoman Republic*

Due to domestic situations, Burma's ability to wage war has been severely affected. We request the use of bases established by our allies after a beachhead has been secured to house ground and air forces, as we do not believe we have the means at this point to lead a ground assault but rather support. Burmese ICBM targets will be relayed immediately to minimalize the risk of friendly fire.

  6. CLASSIFIED

Burmese Missile Command movied to DEFCON 1; Threat Level Severe. ICBM silos at full readiness. Targetting information relayed.

Burmese Air Force at DEFCON 1; full mobilization.

Burmese Ground Forces at DEFCON 2, mobilization and preparation for foreign operations nearly complete.

  7. Burma praises the unification of revolutionary states into an alliance to further the human cause of progress.

On another note, Burma would like to put forth an application for admission into the Red Dawn, citing our communist system, our alliance with the UFE and our cooperation with the UFE, URSR, and Athens in the ongoing conflict in Alaska.

  8. Burmese tactics would follow suit with the UFE's containment policy. AC-130's began flying assault missions around the base of the Alaska Peninsula. Using intelligence from UFE drone missions and earlier Burmese reconaissance, they targetted Federalist hotspots, being escorted by stealth fighter aircraft in case of an enemy counterattack.

As the Tatmadaw suppressed from the air, 25,000 soldiers moved up the peninsula as 25,000 more went by boat into Anchorage, where they would begin to encircle the Federalist forces in the area.

  9. With the renewal of conflict in Alaska, Burma has deemed that the Second Expeditionary Force will indeed ship to Fort Beihai. Currently, the Tatmadaw high command has their AC-130 gunships in theater running reconaissance far above counter-revolutionary hot spots.

  10. Burmese Vice Chairman Minh would enter the conference area in full military dress flanked by aids in simple black and white suits. None of them were bodyguards and none of them were armed. He stopped to shake the hands of the UFE officials and made idle small talk.

"Thank you for hosting this event gentlemen. It's about time Asia discussed solidarity considering our vast natural, industrial, and human resources. I look forward to the commencement. "
