Then let them be 22 people, they will most likely be small nations which are pretty easy to protect. Also, if there would be need of it there are always allies to call upon if it were necessary. We've got allies and maybe they will have made new friends as well. Also, endangering ourselves is fun! Gives us a bit of fun in this boring game. -

Citizens of Planet Bob,
It is time that I resign as Kaiser of The German Empire and let the founder of TGE, Kaiser Frederick II or now known as Franz Joseph I, return to the spot he has been in for such a long time. I believe he can bring The Empire back to where it belongs after I've made a start with it. I have brought this alliance some more stability then it used to have and we, the government and I have brought it back to over 1 million NS and 50 members. So we found this a good mark to switch places and where I can, partially, retire into doing nothing and even more nothing. I will still be around on The German Empire's IRC channel #tge on the Coldfront IRC server. There shall probably be a new government soon. So there might be another announcement in due time.
May The German Empire prosper once more, and grow to great heights!

True, but in general most alliances have a lack of very tiny nations.
