Don't you understand that you can not dictate terms to the victors? Perhaps once you got away with it but I wont happen again. I haven't really been following the NPO war, but I know from IRON that most of the guys who started out in the top 50 by the nature of the war will not be in the top 50 (both my opponets lost close to 10k infra). People who started out in peace mode will move up the rankings which means that people who started out in peace mode eventually take up a large propotion of the top nations.

Hey, I only lost ~7.5k infra! I sold the rest to break a stagger and hippy until I could buy a MP.
