If he wasn't in anarchy I wouldn't of checked to see if he was in a war. After seeing him in anarchy I decided to check his wars, sure enough he had one. Reason was "GOP retaliation for roguery" would be a good thing for people to check wars and such before sending money to an unknown tech dealer.
Yeah, he hit me up this morning as well. At least he was asking for a tech deal rather than just aid begging. Still, what an idiotic thing to do...
