My alliance The Dark Brotherhood or (TDB)for short fits your bill pefrectly we are small with less theen 40 members, plus we we are all close and very friendly. in addition to that we also do have ocasional wars like you you said you would want. Alos we treat all memebers equal no matter what theri nations strength is Finally we do have a few big members that would provide you with protection aid and mostimportantly they would pass their Cn knowlage on to you.
