Well, i would go as high as $2 million for 50 tech, but $3 mil for 70 tech doesn't really fit the game mechanics of sending tech in intervals of "50".

I have always done $3 mil for 100 tech before but like i said, tech is getting hard to find so i'd go up to $2 mil for 50 tech.
