As well, if i planned on shooting someone with another person, we argue and never talk again, and i don't shoot any but he goes to the police with evidence of it going to happen. He will get immunity or a lessor charge and i will still get conspiracy to commit murder.

My New Year's plans do not involve me being on Planet Bob in any way, shape, or form. If someone really wants to waste their New Year blowing up my nation, they care way more about this game than I do and thus deserve to get an edge on me.

I just wonder how people, can, actually make and turn this into more then a agme. Baffels me, also how does one make a relationship on-line, work even. I mean no offense but you must be pretty lonely in real life to try and find someone on line, and hell, don't we all hear about those dateline shows about what happens on-line...

I would say, tech raiders, know the most about military. There the ones who collectively use and reuse tactics. The constantely learn new ways to get tech and land. When to use agressive, planned, or conservative attacks on there targets. Planning quads using the airforce. Finding out you can have more land and less tech/infra and still handely beat someone. Sure they may not fare in a real war because there not used to taking a beating for thier alliance, but there the ones who most actively use the war system.

I was thinking of little kids eating lolipops thats what he reminds me of and when he went ot the doctor and got a shot he would cry. Like crying over spilt milk. Maybe i put way to much thought into it. =/
