Aside from being biased, I know that DRAGON will have much success.
Best recruiting alliance of 2009? UPN right? Well not exactly just UPN, moreso just Abdur, Ragwing, and maybe 1 other person. Well the 2 mentioned like to make my life hell and have great tactics. Once our finance is very stable, I expect to see tremendous growth from DRAGON in a very short time. -

I would love to see just how well your expressing of warchests have gotten through. I highly doubt you have much success, despite how much they may claim it to be true.
The only reason UPN is still on the scoreboards is because of your ghosts. Good luck by getting rid of them! I hope you have some good rogue busters. -

To prevent the problems of instant failure of spyrolls, you could make it to where the spyrolls increase/decrease your overall chances of success rather than dumping all odds. Take it, leave it. I don't care.
This would add strategy whether you should spyroll or not to spyroll to screw up your current odds of the spy attack. -

Abdur, of all mentioned above you didn't really hit home the fact that UPN sent over a billion in aid over the course of a few days just to aid the fellow allies. Agreed UPN made a mistake, but they over compensated to make up for it. During that time, it was nearly impossible to run any of the programs Finance offered due to the lack of banking slots available because they were already sent to others for war aid. Get off of UPN's back. I was the minister of finances for UPN at the time it happened, I know the story all too well.
