    Ok, I'm not exactly sure what the [url=http://forums.cybernations.net/index.php?showtopic=34196]stickied IP topic[/url] means, but do you guys do IP checks at all? My alliance is being harassed by a new nation and attacking some of our allies. We've already banned and him and such from the forums, but it seems like he's a re-roll. Can you check [ModEdit: IP Removed] to see what what nations he's had in the past?
