It was brought up in my alliance and checked out by several players but the happiness improvements do not give the correct amount of happiness. When I delete a church which is supposed to give +1 Happiness I lose .96 happiness instead and gain that amount back when I rebuy it. This tends to be the trend but we also have reports of players in my alliance where they have a .98 happiness value on their churches instead.
We also had another player check the happiness values on the other improvements and according to his calculations they are all off from a value ranging from 1-4%.

I'm just glad I'm fighting someone who actually fights back. Cheers to NATO and their allies for proving fun opponents, especially when compared to the kid eating glue in the corner; NSO.
