    I think Jalen was a great rogue. I might be a little biased, but I think it was awesome that he had dozen of alliance leaders paranoid even though he had no technical skills.

    I highly doubt that. Supposedly he listened in on one of our conversations and went on every CN IRC channel talking about it. He'll be back. We all know he's obsessed with the game, and just today he asked me the name of my new alliance which is exactly why I want to get my hands on his IP.

    He's got himself a GF, and has put CN behind him.

    Otto we told you, you had to ask for it. It wasn't going to be handed to you on a golden platter.

    Your MoE, Rommel, came to our boards and asked us about aid. We stated that all you guys had to do was request it. You guys never requested any aid. We were planning on sending a big aid rush your way, so you guys could set up a nice little banking system. But, it would take us longer then 5 days and your participation to organize and effective Prussian bank. So, please, Otto, do not whine about your aid. Halsa was more then willing to give you aid, but you were too busy trying to your war with BATTLEGROUP JAPAN to help us improve Prussia.

    High Council Appointments and Treaty Ratification

    Yesterday was a very eventful day for The Order of Halsa. With KasMage and I entering retirement a new generation of Halsan leaders get their chance to prove themselves to Halsa and the greater world community.

    Please join me in congratulating these fine men and woman on their great accomplishment.

    Yesterday also saw the ratification of a protectorate agreement between ourselves and the fine alliance of Prussia, so it is with great pride and pleasure that I get to announce the Treaty of Königgrätz.

    The Treaty of Königgrätz

    A treaty of protection, aid, and advice between The Order of Halsa and Prussia

    Article 1

    The Order of Halsa, hereinafter referred to as Halsa, will provide economic assistance to Prussia. The purpose of this aid will be to help Prussia develop a banking system, so that she may become a prosperous state.

    Section 1a. Until it is agreed upon by the governments of Halsa and Prussia that Prussia has a self-sufficient banking system, members of Prussia will have access to the Halsan Ministry of Finance. They will be able to request aid like any member of Halsa may, and their requests will be meet with the same urgency as any other request.

    Article 2

    Halsa will share with Prussia her recruitment-list making process, so as to make the recruiters of Prussia much more efficient and effective.

    Article 3

    Halsa will advise and aid Prussia in anyway possible. Halsa recognizes that it is in her best interests and the interests of her individual member-states that Prussia becomes a thriving alliance.

    Article 4

    Halsa will protect Prussia from attacks by any third party, and will not engage in espionage or warfare against Prussia or any of her member-states. In return Prussia will not engage in espionage or warfare against Halsa and any of her member-states or any alliance with over five members and its member-states without the permission of the High Council of Halsa. Any violation of this article by Halsa or Prussia will void this whole treaty.

    Section 4a. Should Prussia violate Article 4 Halsa has the right to request the reimbursement of all funds given to Prussia by Halsa and penalty charge equal to fifty percent of the value of all aid given to Prussia by Halsa.

    Section 4b. Prussia recognizes that Halsa must honor all of her treaties and that this may lead to a delay in Halsan defense of Prussia.

    Article 5

    In order to avoid any potential conflicts of interest between Halsa and Prussia, any and all agreements Prussia makes with third parties must be approved by the High Council of Halsa before they can be considered legal and valid

    Article 6

    The Kaiser and various ministers of Prussia will be given Ops in the Halsan IRC channel, and they will be given the same masking privileges on the Haslan forums as a Halsan. In return, The Magistrates and various ministers of Halsa will be given Ops in the Prussian IRC channel and they will be given the same masking privileges on the Prussian forums as a Prussian.

    Article 7

    Prussia will, if requested by the High Council of Halsa, come to Halsa’s aid if she is attacked by a third party.

    Article 8

    Amendments to the articles of this treaty require the consent of both Halsa and Prussia.

    Article 9

    Should Prussia or Halsa wish to cancel this treaty she must notify the government of the other signatory of her intentions 72 hours before doing so.

    Section 9a. Prussia recognizes that if she cancels the treaty Halsa has the right to request the reimbursement of all aid given from Halsan member-states to Prussian member-states. Failure to meet the request for reimbursement can result in military action.

    and we're not attacking YOU, NoV. Read the DoW, sheesh.

    So the only reason you'd be waiting for us is if you planned to attack us REGARDLESS of the war...

    NoV is defending their MDP partner, the CIS. It does not matter why you declared war on the CIS. The fact of the matter is that you attacked the CIS, and therefore they may, and most certainly will, call upon all their allies to help them in this fight.

    By the way, I would have suggested an easies target then the CIS. You can't kill those guys; just ask WAEgis and the Initiative. XD

    GOLD recent events

    Probably not. My brother, who has no technical knowledge what so ever, managed to harass the CIS and they new his IP.

    In fact, one member of the GOLD government is asking me if I know his IP as he is an enemy of GOLD, too. So, an IP block will not do a whole hell of a lot.
