EDIT: The structure, I mean. For me, I would start with a triumvirate. I like power to be concentrated in as few sources as possible, but if you give it all to one person there is too much potential for waste and/or abuse.

Well you get the best people for spots i have not seen any of the challenges become popularity contests(even though i see how you could think that) and it keeps people on there toes. and as far as i have seen its been civil as any other system if not more.

Yeah, I think people can be pretty mature about these things and respect the spirit of the system if they want to.
