I suggest that all the nations that he dumped his assets on be require to pass it directly to the nations he attacked. They are members of PLUS and Illuminati, both honorable alliances that will do the right thing
The PLUS nation, JPrime of Prime Land will be questioned on his involvement in this situation. Although, it looks like he was just involved in what he may have thought was just a regular tech deal since it happened the day before the attacks, and he wasn't involved in any war slot filling.

KoS, good luck in RL. You're a good guy from what I've seen chatting with you from our days together in GOLD and PLUS (multiple times), but just like many of your past decisions in CN, I can say that this is another one that I don't agree with. Hopefully you've closed the door on the idea of coming back under a new name because I don't think it'd be long before someone "outted" you and you'd be sent to perma-ZI.
