Agree most of the time they abuse alliances, or their members surrendering....this guy is trolling and these POW are part of the big \m/ AA shift.

IRON, I gained a lot of respect for you during this war, and I hope you gained some for us as well. We both came in because we follow our treaties, in an age when so many disregard them. We fought honorably, and except for a few people on both sides we didn't flame each other.

Hi Guys,
I want to get something clear with all my fellow allies in ~. I have some enemy nations who seem to think they can pick and choose who to surrender in order to weasel out of my alliance's surrender terms.
DNA is at full war with Darkfall, (well, actually only 1/3 of DNA is at full war). DNA and STA currently are asking for reps in their surrender terms, so some enemy nations feel they can surrender to NpO so they don't have to pay us reps. I ask my allies that if you are not warring with the nation, do not accept their surrender. They should be surrendering to us; we don't want them weaseling out of our reps term by surrendering to an allied alliance that doesn't have the reps term.
Please direct them to DNA if they are fighting DNA, and not fighting your alliance.

Congrats on kicking some ass in this war. But my statement had nothing to do with which side, which alliance, or which nation was winning or not winning. It was simply a statement of the current climate today. But of course it is to be expected. I simply find it ridiculous that certain people feel as if one alliance is more significant that another. Everyone has their day, some end sooner, some end later, but the way we conduct ourselves now will determine when our end will come. In short.. you dont have to respect your enemy, but one member does not define an alliance and its members.
Hmm was it LEGION that had to get rid of their leadership at the end of GW3?
No matter. I am uncertain what alliances announcing a unilateral ceasefire expected. They have not surrendered, we are still at war with them. TPF surrendered under very difficult circumstances thrown at them, the war is over for them.
If you want peace then you need to surrender (tough I know). Why would ~ alliance allow a period of ceasefire to let you build up again and take a shot at us later.
If the boot was on the other foot, I expect GOONs et al to have far harsher peace terms than ~ alliance nations.

I would also like to support you 100% on this. Over the years I have seen this sort of thing happen again and again on a variety of forums.
There is no good reason for it accept to hurt someone. To do it to win some game, well that sucks.
Again, a very, very honourable decision for your alliance once the war is over I hope to see your alliance grow stronger and stand tall in this community.

We have terms for individual nations wishing to surrender to us. You can consider GOLD's life forfeit, at any rate.

I feel very sorry for GOLD. However, with all the turmoil and carry on they are clearly dangerous. I believe NPO will wield the scalpel that rids us of this tumour.

Seems to me the only alliance on the UJP side out of the war at present is TPF who negotiated honourable surrender terms.

Actually I disagree.
Whether \m/ surrenders or continues fighting (they have not negotiated a surrender as of yet) as a result of this decision they will deserve and will get from me respect by the bucketful.
OOC attacks are terrible. Not knowing the circumstances of the attack (and not wanting to know) I do hope it was due to the actions of one person. It would be sad if it was more involved than that.

GATO declares this is a separate conflict, but sweats when they realize that could bring TOP against them. Yet GATO also tries to insist they're not just another meatshield for the [Justice] League 2.0, but their leader who posted this declaration is clearly flying their standard issue banner.
Either way I've lost a lot of respect for GATO on this day. And before anyone dreams of saying "but Archon, you went to GOONS after they trolled LUE so much" please take note of something - an individual is not his alliance. But for an entire alliance, one that endured the trolling and derision of the World Unity Treaty signatories for so long, to throw in with either side, let alone one spearheaded by Sponge and Bilrow?

Ummmm not a threat lol. You misinterpret what I am trying to say. I am probably not being clear enough.
Let me see, if the "UJP" win, well I can see a nation or two being forced out of orange, and if "the order" win well I suspect the same. It would not be the first time war has caused that sort of thing to happen. I am certainly only stating things as I see it and not for IRON as whole. That is why I say war sucks. Previously allied Alliances find themselves on opposite sides.
