Is it me or the login is $%&@ed up? It literary takes me 20-30 tries typing the same !@#$ to log in. I even go as far as use a notepad to make sure that I type what I think I type and still... this pisses me off. You can have the best !@#$@#$ game in the world but if one has to spend 5 minutes to log in nobody will play.

It was not like that before. Something got changesd with the soem of the neweer updates. I am at the point of just quitting. Does anyone experience anythign similar to what I do?

You need three available aid slots, one to accept the cash and two to send tech. Make sure you buy the needed 100 tech before spending the rest as you please.

I have 50 techs and as of right now I have 4 slots open. I just wanted to make sure how many more deals I can do.
