    It is my great plesure to announce the official DoE for Supreme Guardians. This alliance was started some days ago and has started off its FA career with a merger with Thessaly. We currently rest at 47 nations. Our official protector is Hydra.


    We all look forward to a bright and strong future. We will also hopefully have a sick flag soon....i am not very good with photoshop yet!




    [size="7"]Charter of The Guard[/size]


    It is the responsability of the Guard and its leaders to protect the members of the alliance. The Guard shall move to protect those who seak it and to punish the wicked. The Guard is a black based alliance that shall bring light to such a dark sphere!

    The Government- Supreme Guardians is a Triumvirate style of Government. There shall be three Triumvirs and three Ministers, all of which shall be opinted by the triumvirs.

    The Ministries- The ministries shall serve as a means to build and protect the alliance internally and afar.

    Ministry of Defence- This Ministry is in charge of keeping the alliances armies ready for any global conflicts that may arise. The minister may appoint up to two deputies if necessary.

    Ministry of Foreign Affairs- This Ministry is in charge of maintaining Embassy's here and afar. The Ministry is in charge of training and asigning diplomates. The Minister may appoint two or more depuites if necessary.

    Ministry of Internal Affairs- This Ministry is in charge of Recruitment, Growth (tech deals and trade circles), activity and graphics). The Minister can appoint up to 3 Deputies in necessary.

    The People

    The government of the Guard is designed to serve the people. So long as the people do not break the following rules stated here the government shall vow to protect them from danger.

    The people are to never engage in a war without consulting the government first.
    The people are to never disclose alliance information to other nations/alliances.
    The people are to be faithful members and serve the alliance with dignity and integrity.
    The People are to always be as polite as possible in the public realm of CN.
    The people are to never tarnish the Supreme Guardians image with stupidity or childness.

    So long as the People follow these guidelines the Supremes Guardiand swear to honor their word and protect the nations under the Supreme Guardians AA.


    Inactivity, Appointment, and Replacement- Should inactivity or replacment become a factor the following outlines must be followed.

    Inactivity

    Should a government member become Inactive they must either give a notice (preferebly 2 weeks ahead of time), or step down from their current post. The inactivity spell may be no longer then 3 weeks at most and should the said member not step down they must arrange for other government members to cover their duties.

    Appointment

    When appointing a new Triumvir, 2/3 of the triums must agree upon the apointee.

    When appointing a Minister 2/3 of the entire gov and active membership must agree upon the minister.


    Replacement

    Replacement due to inactivity- Should a government member become inactive without warning or over the alloted inactivity period then there shall be a vote amungst Government members in which 2/3 must agree upon a valid outcome.

    Urgent Replacement of a Triumvir must consist of total government agreement minus the said triumvir.

    Ammendments


    All amendments to this charter must be proposed, voted on, and approved before being implemented.

    Any amenments are eligable.

    Thessaly is as good Red team alliance, small but we are workin on growth. Could always use another member :D

    Best thing about small alliances is you get the chance to form a close comradery with the other members. Thessaly offers 3 mil aid for joining, there are plenty of jobs to be had and money to be made.

    I am sorry sir but are you referring to when i was told to drop said members? If so then of course i refused. IT is not for FEB, NPO, Argent or any other alliance to choose who I may have in my alliance. I setteled this situation on my own. The only spot where NPO assisted me was in proving me wrong when it came down to me thinking I had a protector that wasnt afraid to stand up and honor its word. More appropriet so, Thessaly had yet to act out any hostilities against FEB....therefore NPO should have activated Article V: amendment and withdrawl. Thus giving Thessaly 7 days warning before the cancelation of the treaty.

    Thessaly has made ammends with FEB. FEB will pay Thessaly $30 mil and 50 tech (i love's me some tech) in war reps. This decision was made due to the fact that it is not logical for me to persue any other course without any backing. There is no point in watching my miniscule membership be destroyed by the likes of FEB.


    As far as NPO's cancelation, it is very unfortunate. I am disappointed in the actions that have come from this situation and will be looking for a new protectorate.

    This comes as great annoyance to me. I am well aware that their has been a sertain said action tha does put Thessaly in a less then favorable situation, but i must point out that we were attacked by nations of First Earth Battalion not the other way around. The nations that my nation is currently at war with attacked me. If NPO feels like that is reason for canceling then so be it. I am working at rectifying the current situation with FEB and will now be looking for a new Protectorate. Thank you to those in NPO who have been nothing but good to us. I would like to make a shout out to Rogal Dorn, who i look at as a personal friend, you rock!
