I agree, even when you point something out to her, she just closes her eyes and pretends not to see it. I just hope no-one ever trusts her to nation sit again, this would be the best result over all. Oh and a note to people CHANGE your passwords when you let someone nation sit you.

Well if that is so - Why has that not been the case for previous MHA spies? You know like the ones that actually did send stuff out and not just bring it to MHA's attention?

But I didn't blackmail you to try to get back in? I never made any threat, or any request to rejoin MHA. I wouldn't want to rejoin, the reasons for my leaving are still valid. I just asked you to take down the post before JM saw it and got upset.

though there's a lot of talk from the people who didn't even know who you are, now happy with your sentence, you really have made even less friends in this effort to prove your innocence (which btw you admitted to spying, and being an ex-member of the alliance know the punishment for spying)
So take your punishment and move on like a big girl.

No not convenient, it must have taken some considerable effort and IT ability. Which does narrow down the suspects somewhat.....
Lets just use occam's razor here.
1. theres a super IT wizard who puts up a couple of screen shots in a place where you will and only you will see them, and then takes them down as soon as you do.
or
2. You accessed our board, saw something you thought you could use to blackmail us to get back in, and then said you had screen shots to cover your spying.

Scutter. I appreciate you are not fully filled in on the situation, But I have been through this a number of times, the screenshots were were posted on the internet, in a location where the poster knew I would view them, then taken down.
I even went through he process of how this could have been done witrh crush, but I don't think he bothered to check.
Perhaps if you had not been so public in informing everyone one I had seen them, I would have had the chance to get back-up copies for you. But as you have already stated, you would only then claim that I took these myself so even if i could still get them, there would be little point.
Lol, sorry, but even for me that's a little to convenient, you might as well have said you saw them printed on a peace of paper, which then got blown away.

Technically, non-members also get a trial, as evidenced by Article III, Part Q of the Mostly Harmless Revolution. It's the part dealing with EXTERNAL crimes. Specifically mentions outside entities first strike nuking, non-members spying in game on MHA nations, etc etc. Seems to indicate pretty well that it would be a trial situation. I don't believe the trium has the authority to sentence anyone, only the head judge, even if it's merely a summary judgment of the facts.
I'm sure she's guilty and probably warrants the decision, just pointing out for all the people claiming she doesn't get a trial, that they are wrong. There is at least the pretense of a trial and the head judge has to sign off on the situation.

If Emily is being taken to Zero-Infrastructure because she annoyed your alliance, hurt some feelings and generally acted inappropriately that's fine - if an example is being made here that's also fine.
Emily is the only one going on about codes (which when she left no longer applied to her), and its not about hurt feelings, she spied, and unless (like i've said before, accessing alliances member areas that your no longer a part of, and have no right to is now allowable if your not doing it for overt reasons, if this is so can every alliance now please send me user accounts for there member forums, i'm not going to look at your forums for any other reason than i think you might be saying nasty things about people). Is the main reason she's being ZI'd, all the other stuff is just icing on the cake so to speak.

Once again, why do we need to give un-relivent people information on why we do what we've done? The alliance she was(is) in was informed, given the relivent information, and if they'd have disagreed with our actions or with our conclusions would have asked for a different options. she knows what she's done, admitted to doing it, anything else is just whining and shot taking.
IF we'd have started this topic maybe you'd have a point, but as we didn't, and the dession had already been taken days ago, and only when the reality of ZI had set in did she make this topic.

Trial? Name me one other alliance that gives trials to none members? You can't because there isn't one, only members get trials, and she isn't one. A person who has no right to access our forum, accessed our forum. We took this information to the relivent people and ask to ZI her, they agreed.
End of story, anything else is her trying to get more attention, and if this sounds bad, sorry, but its no-one else's buissness, the only reason you even know about it, is that Emily came on here to get sympathy and attention.
Personally I think most of you are just sturing, if it was happening in your alliance you would agree with what we are doing, but because its not, you want to sully our name and take shots at us, and when this happens to your alliances i'll remember this moment and remind you of what you have been saying.

Because if they didn't exist, the easiest way to respond would have been "that's a lie" or "You don't have anything like that" like the rest of the thread.
Instead, calling it "blackmail" means that since you are essentially admitting that something exists to which she can actually use as blackmail.

Indeed, ZI'ing someone unjustly is a sure fire way of getting them to keep your dirty secrets
And of we'd have let her get away with it, who's to say she wouldn't try something else with it, when someone else annoyed her? And as you can see she already has tried, so might as well get it over with, cauterise the wound and move along, but she didn't want to let that happen and has tried to sully the name of MHA, this I will not allow.

Spying is spying, who knows what she was planning on doing with it, nor what else she took, just what she says she was trying to do. Any spy could say they were not trying to do anything bad, she left under not entirely happy circumstances, and then does this, who knows what else she could have tried to do.
