The Templar Knights and Invicta MDoAP
Article I - Non Aggression
The undersigned signatories agree to remain peaceful and tactful towards each other. Should this article be violated in any way, both signatories agree to seek a diplomatic resolution.
Article II - Intelligence
If either signatory receives intelligence that is pertinent to the other signatorys well-being, the signatory receiving the intelligence agrees to immediately tell the other.
Article III - Mutual Defense
Should either signatory alliance come under attack, they may request military assistance from the other signatory. Such assistance is mandatory except in the event that the attack has been launched due to the fulfillment of another treaty obligation. In that case it is up to the other signatory to decide whether or not to grant the request.
Article IV - Optional Aggression
If either signatory wishes to declare war on a 3rd party, the other signatory might declare war on the 3rd party as well.
Article V - Cancellation
If it doesn't work out, this treaty is still in effect for 72 hours after the cancelling alliance notifies the other signatory.

I'd like to thank our allies, both past and present, for everything, really, you guys are great.
To the Legion, the New Polar Order, the United Sovereign Nations, the Christian Coalition of Countries, the State of Unified Nations, and Alpha Omega: Thanks for your friendship, and your support, it has been an honour, and I hope we can continue to work together on fun stuff in the future.
While everyone we've ever been allied to probably deserves a shout-out, that would get way too long, so, just a couple of special mentions. Firstly, our good friends at the Last Republic recently merged in to The Templar Knights, so while we're not currently formally allied, this regrettable state may be only temporary ;) Secondly, the North American Confederacy. You've always been cool guys, and to be associated with you at various times has always been a privilege. And lastly, the Commonwealth of Sovereign Nations, one of our closest allies for a long time in the end many of their members came to join us, and they're a bunch of really cool guys.

Preamble.
In recognition of our deepened friendship with one another and with an eye towards our continued success, the Christian Coalition of Countries (CCC) and Invicta do hereby enter into this treaty of Mutual Defense.
Article I. Non-Aggression
The undersigned signatories do hereby pledge to a policy of non-aggression towards one another, both in word and deed. Should this article be breached, both signatories pledge to work towards a satisfactory conclusion.
Article II. Intelligence
Should either signatory receive intelligence pertinent to the other party, they are obligated to provide it as soon as possible.
Article III. Mutual Defense
If a third party declares war on either signatory, then the other signatory is obligated to assist the assaulted party upon request. Assistance may be in the form of combative intervention or economic intervention, as specified by the assaulted party. In the event war comes via activation of a clause from another treaty, the mandatory defense is then considered optional defense.
Article IV. Cancellation
Should either party wish to withdraw from this agreement, they must issue a notice of intention 72 hours beforehand in private.

They were also largely in PM reserve due to being in positioning for a longer war. But, yeah, let's take a terribly small sample size and pretend it's right.
Hey, I said they were pretty good, or at least the guys that fought were, and I said nothing at all about overall strategy for that war. Did you quote my post by mistake, perhaps?
If anything, I'd expect them to be better last time, having sent out their better guys and kept the less active, etc in PM, whereas this time both the good and not so good fighters will be going in.

At least the more 'main' alliances, like NPO, Polar, MK, ODN, etc are still around. While seeing something as old as CSN go is never a good thing, at least the rest of us are still here for a while to fill up the space their disbandment creates!

I believe this was Invicta's initial flag. Although someone needs to clarify that. It's awful heh, although they have a beautiful one now!

Other than that, congratulations on the treaty.
It's the exact same text used in [b]our[/b] treaty with TTE. It's generic ODAP text that said what we wanted it to say, it's hardly the end of the world.
