    Just like what combatpope said, we are starting with a very very strong core of members who possess the will coupled with the capability to lead a stable alliance.

    White Peace
    The alliances involved in the conflict of United Blue Directorate vs Nations Empowered Against Totalitarianism agree to white peace. Pending the following conditions:

    1) UBD, NEAT, SC and BN agree to peace out all wars.
    2) UBD agrees not to re-enter the current conflict on any front NpO-VE or NPO - Doomhouse.

    I find this nearly comical that Europa must sit here admist an onslaught of critcism about what they decide to do with [color="#FF0000"][b][u]THEIR[/u][/b][/color] treaties. You can argue all you want about what you think Europa's treaties mean but at the end of the day your opinion is worth crap. Complain all you want but in no way is it going to affect Europa's decision. As a member of UBD i am honored to be allied to such a wonderful group of people.

    In spite of recent pleas by some of the ministers to change positions the directors have found it fitting to grant these wishes. The following changes are to be taken into effect immediately:

    Slybomber - Minister of Finance
    Zak R. - Minister of Defense

    PopCap will also be replacing Marti as Minister of Trade
